Overall it was well-appointed and beautifully decorated, with a private bathroom. The location was excellent, still close to the main market square and the interior design was nice. I liked nearby The Marquis of Westminster, they had nice drinks.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was local. The staff was extremely helpful - I would return there.

The guest room was spotless with a balcony, so that guests had essentials. There were a balcony and a free safe provided.

We got a nice size and well-equipped double room with balconies as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The rooms were airy and silent, had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep. Its service was excellent.

Had comfortable stay at the weekend. There were very good breakfasts with fruit and sausage, for example and the location was marvellous and fab.

I was offered a great breakfast with great coffee, savory options, fruit. I had superior room which was fantastic, exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location was a plus. There were a market and several stores around the hotel. The service was helpful during all my fantastic stay. Took advantage of wake up service and ironing, they were free of charge.

Well, it was a very comfortable stay in the winter time. We booked a spotless and silent room with balconies, everything was perfect.

The venue was set in the central position not far from the Museum of Contempoary art. The stuff where both very efficient and exceptionally helpful.

I spent 3 nights here and appreciated that. It was a wonderful and pleasant hotel in a lovely area, adjacent to city center and main train station and Main square, Wawel, National museum and Jewis part. The location was marvellous and lovely, at a walking distance from The Cloth Hall.

Had a peaceful stay for a business trip, everything was really good. The location was quiet for me as it was just off the main square, Cathedral, the centre and square, 24 hr reception, size of rooms and size of TV. Plus, a palatial museum was at a walking distance from the venue. Got double room with balcony when arrived, enjoyed that.

The staff was tremendously helpful, always on hand when needed. The room was well-appointed and newly decorated and I also had a generous-sized bathroom. They offered me cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, and eggs in the morning.

It is a wonderful and pleasant property located in Old Town district short walk to center as well as the bus stop for the airport and Auschwitz. The staff are welcoming and incredible.

Very efficient, competent staff, handy location just off many restaurants and the old city, the city centre, a short 5 minute walk away and central square in old town. Local food in the restaurants such as Waffle Ball, located 10 min away.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Every staff member was welcoming and incredible. Greatly enjoyed spotless and silent room with with great bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. This hotel was located in a central area so close to the restaurants and the monuments, main square and area and the local attractions.

I was upgraded to a modern double room with all basic amenities. The location was great and lovely, just a short stroll away from Main Market Square.

It had central location close to Main Market Square. And we were not far from the bus stop for the airport and Auschwitz, and tram stops for Jewish Quarter and Podgorzye for Schindlers Factory and the Museum of Contempoary art, the main square of beautiful Krakow and the amber for a cumfy.

All in all everything was very good, had a fun stay for a business trip. Perfect location and overall the staff was fabulously helpful and competent. The main shopping centre and shopping centres were right next door.
