Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town

Overall it was beautifully decorated, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was hot, the check in was early.

The hotel was fairly clean with very friendly and best staff especially on the reception desk. The breakfast was nice hot and plentiful with pancakes or mini croissants and salads and mini croissants, had everything you could want.

Really enjoyed this hip new hotel: different food and polite and nice staff. The breakfast was plentiful and included. The location was brilliant, right by city center as well as a great restaurant and bar. Old Town district was worth exploring.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Everything was modern, so were pleasant views to the castle and river. The restaurant was really nice for dinner here, I had tasty dishes. Essentials that you need, such as Netflix, luggage storage, and a terrace, were there.

Breakfast with reasonable prices. Amazing location in a great location once we worked out the main square was a 10 minute walk away, in the really quiet area. Besides, very convenient to Franciscan Church. Very pleasant stay in the one night we was there.

The place was clean and fantastic, it had best staff especially on the reception desk. The room was newly furnished and comfortable modern with luggage storage and a coffeemaker. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had perfect views of castle and slight river view. The location was perfect and excellent, near some of the amazing attractions Krakow has to offer. Plus the hotel was near bars and cafes.

The location was good, really close to the main square and the castle, the main tourist attractions and the river and the castle, and the view was nice. There was cafe Cafe du Coin, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The bedroom was freshly renovated and high standard. The food was outstanding with lots of choice!

The stay here was enjoyable in the winter time. I booked great quality and reasonably large room with luggage storage and a coffeemaker. The decor was nice, the beds were very comfy. The location was marvellous; near a castle and a main street.

Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Overall particularly good location very close to an Italian restaurant, and the good sites at the Old Town of Krakow.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a really quiet area, just next door to so close to City Centre, and the Castle and the market square by walking. It had central location close to a fire breathing statue.

My double room was freshly renovated with Netflix, luggage storage, and a terrace. The location was magnificent for first time visitors to Krakow. The staff was genuinely helpful, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

The location was marvellous and lovely for me as it was close to old town main square, trams and cars passing the road and a short walk from market square and many other attractions. It also was in an ideal area for sightseeing.

Stayed here for 2 nights and didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing, met expectations, and the staff were amicable and knowledgeable people from one receptionist. This hotel had a central position in the city center.

I didn't want to leave, so recommend this hotel. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. You could leave a car nearby.
