Nicely decorated and exceptional place, it has caring staff with fantastic service from staff.

Had a really really nice stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. I've booked twin room and everything was perfect. All the staff were extremely polite, amazingly nice. I truly enjoyed the delicious food. This location was great, really close to the Main Square in Krakow, cafe and bar and the tram line. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 5 km away.

The views were not so good.

Had absolutely amazing stay on vacation. The stuff was incredibly nice, friendly, nothing too much trouble. We appreciated the convenience of the twin room with great facilities.

The personnel were very polite and made us feel welcome. The hotel had a central position short walk to cocktail bar, and all the main spots/tourist attractions.

The property's location is good, right by all the restaurants and bars, and an exhibition. The room is comfortable modern with very comfortable beds, also they can offer wake-up service. Very good service and the food is fantastic.

The location was marvellous: a main market and a market were within walking distance. The outstandingly accommodating staff greeted us with a smile.

The location of the property was unbeatable and magnificent as we were so close to the restaurant and the MAK cafe, the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Kraków, and really interesting bars and restaurants. Plus, the hotel was situated around 10-15 minutes walk from Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory.

Nicely equipped and functional unit with very comfortable beds. Wonderful and incredible location very close to Market Street. Walking distance to a main market and a market across the street.

My room included a lounge and a kettle. The location was unbeatable and excellent - a few steps away from everywhere I wanted to go.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, even so everything was nice. Our room was comfortable modern and soundproof equipped with stylish decor, good beds and good bathroom, paid gbp 312. The hotel had a nice restaurant with delicious food.

Hip new hotel in a good area near the bars & restaurants of Kazimierz, close to all the main sights and the restaurants and bar. Savoury and delicious breakfast with the property's MAK bread and the option to order omelets for every taste. High-class room and spotless with good beds. Perfect and magnificent location, especially for me.

Wi-Fi was slow.

The daily service was great. Late check-out was useful. The location was great and lovely, pretty close to the city center with easy access to a main market and a market. Grill bar Kebaber was 400 metres away from the place.

It was fairly clean, staff was welcoming and polite. Hotel's location was great and lovely, close to a railway line. The food they offered was reasonably priced, had a huge variety of meals.

Every time in Krakow we stay in this hotel. The place has marvellous location near the tram stop.

Twin room with its modern lighting was the best. Could use a lounge and a kettle. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was early. Spa area was available here too.

The staff was approachable, absolutely perfect with every request. The breakfast was excellent and perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed a lot of food they served.

Booked it for our trip and had a fairly nice stay here. It was stylish and fairly clean hotel, even so the views where not very GOOD. Greatly enjoyed the way our twin room in good modern style was arranged.

We had a large bedroom.

It had marvellous and lovely location with access to Jewish Cemetery nearby. Twin room had a nice bed. Outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff gave advice on things to do.

In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was stylish place to stay with good service.

Enjoyed our rooms by a tablet. The hotel was in the central setting very close to the main sites you want to see. Stopped by Lajkonik to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

I was given stunning, fine room. The location was handy, steps away from Wolf Popper Synagogue. And it was also close to garden, Krakow and the river and other points of interest such as Schindlers Factory.

This hotel is typical tbh, nevertheless the breakfast is delicious. And it's nestled in a nice building short walk to the centre, all the good restaurants and bars and the restaurant.

The location was top, within easy walking distance of a contemporary art gallery.
