Our accommodation was set in a very central location short walk to the centre, the airport and the old town square. The local staff was helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of delicious options.

It was short walk to the Krakow, a fantastic coffee shop and the city centre, good location overall.

We didn't like the bed, it was a little firm.

The bed was very clean, the room was brand-new and tastefully decorated with the ceiling windows. The price was gbp 328. The staff were especially helpful and attentive from arrival to departure.

Amazing very central location right by the square, city center and Krakow Główny train station. What's more, there was Archeological Museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I loved my room - well-appointed and spotless with the ceiling windows.

The room was spotlessly clean, included hypoallergenic pillows. Tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware were available too.

The venue has tidy rooms with balcony, kettle, as example and polite staff.

As we remember, there was no elevator.

The location was unbeatable and cute as for me, adjacent to the market, great cafe's and restaurants and near the old town and the old town square. Besides, the hotel was not very far from Chetham's Library.

The room was new-fashioned and spotless with separate bathroom and fantastic views. The bed was very comfy, we appreciated it. The location was great and beautiful, at a walking distance from Bazylika Mariacka.

The staff were very welcoming and an absolute pleasure. Had very central location to the main Old Town square. Moreover, it was really close to all shops, bakeries and restaurants/coffee shops, and many restaurants.

Everything was fine, personnel was genuinely helpful. Got a nice size room with nice bathrooms when arrived, liked that. Refrigerators, a cooktop, and kitchenware were a big plus. No reason to complain, I had a brilliant stay and would go back in flash.

Incredible location in Old Town district not far from close to main square, the modern center, and the Krakow for the first time.

My 4 nights in Krakow were very lovely. The personnel was exceptionally nice. I had new-fashioned and spotless room complete with adequate facilities, kettle, for example. Thoroughly enjoyed nice design.

The location was stunning and fantastic, you can visit Main Market Square by walking. And the area was nice safe, just next door to Very close to the historic center with plenty of options for food, the old town square and Krakow Główny train station.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Krakow. I was given tastefully decorated and elegant room with shampoo, balcony, the ceiling windows. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a cooktop were an advantage. The location was great and stunning, close to Main Market Square. Furthermore, the area was very quiet.

Overall it was impeccably clean with nice bathrooms.

The staff was reasonably good and knowledgeable at all times.

The room was large and tidy; the bed was very comfy. Extra touches like a fridge, an electric kettle and air conditioning were a treat, staff were polite.

I would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow. I would say it's characterful base for staying and exploring Krakow. It has very welcoming staff. The service is nice, includes paid parking.

we liked this place, everything was nice. we booked an immaculate and elegant room with nice bathrooms. the location of the hotel was magnificent and incredible - not too far away from a fortified hilltop castle. the area was very quiet close enough to restaurants, shops, and bars, the centre of the old town and the main square.

Enjoyed the location very close to the historic center. Overall it was spotless and new-fashioned, with a separate bathroom.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Krakow, really enjoyed it. The decoration was comfortable, immaculate room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were accommodating. The location was incredible, for example, a history museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the property. Besides, it was very close to the old town square, Krakow and the centre of Krakow.

We had a perfectly pleasant time in this brand-new hotel in Krakow. There were fashionable and immaculate rooms with nice bathrooms. Stayed in this property for 4 nights and loved our choice.
