The location was particularly good and perfect and near a garden and a river. The room of this place was large and normal double with a hot tub in.

You guys made my stay fairly nice. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were horrible. Stayed in comfort double room which was perfect for me. The breakfast was delicious and adequate with good quality products and all the food was gorgeous.

Top quality, immaculately clean place with competent staff from maids. Perfect, convenient location in the lovely area. Again, walking distance to a legendary cave.

The breakfast was good hot with pastries and fresh fruit and hot options, so much to pick from.

The breakfast was varied with many options, and reasonably priced. Our cosy double room with excellent shower, shower, for instance was brand-new.

I booked reasonably large and normal double room, that was offered with a pillow menu available ensuring a great night's sleep, amazing bathroom, for instance. Had central location close to the centre of the old town.

The hotel was fairly clean with unique interior and nestled in a lovely building. The rooms were cheap and new-fashioned with a lovely bathroom. The property had a central location near the center of town. Snack bar was lovely and reasonably priced.

Quite bad views and Wi-Fi was slow.

The location was particularly good and perfect, in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the Christmas market and a market. I had the cosy double room with all needed, the breakfasts were good hot and delicious.

The accommodation had a residential location to the main square in Krakow. It was also close enough to castle n cathedral which was amazing as well as the town centre. I was offered a delicious breakfast with many options.

Overall hot breakfast with hot options and meat and good coffee and impeccable service. Excellent setting in the safe area, really close to the old Town and local grocery stores as well as the river and castle.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the main square, Wawel castle and Kazimierz all within walking distance, the centre of town and river, castle and main square. Restaurant Cafe Oranzeria located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

All in all, it was great place for travelling to Krakow. The location was magnificent, not too far from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. Besides, it was not far from old town and the main square.

The breakfast choices are delicious and rich with bacon and good coffee, as for instance. Knowledgeable staff, they smile all the time. The ambiance is cosy.

The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. I loved delicious food. The lobby bar was nice and the drinks were soft.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and met my requirements. Venue was situated short way from cloth hall. The beds were comfortable. Honestly no complaints.

Great position and lovely room. We loved the location, not far from wawel royal castle. The hotel staff was helpful. Totally an EXCELLENT experience.
