The room was brand-new, air conditioned, and with a very clean bed.

Everything is really good, the room is well-appointed with a mini fridge, modern & upgraded features, for example.

Very modern design of interiors in classic queen room. Variety of facilities such as: a small stocked fridge, a coffeemaker, and air conditioning. Convenient location really close to NEXT TO THE CENTRAL STATION, walking distance to the old town, and the trams, good food. Very good service, very professional and competent staff during stay.

Can recommend this accommodation to anyone. The hotel is 1st class, has nice views and ideal location adjacent to close to city centre, the main square, directly opposite the shopping center and a short taxi ride to the jewish quarter, and anywhere around krakow. The breakfast is super and the staff is customer-focused, genuinely helpful.

Its rooms are well-equipped and nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, cushions plus all the comforts.

Fairly clean and bright place with extremely friendly staff. Marvellous and lovely location and right next to a bus station. Fresh food in the restaurants such as Lodziarnia Galicyjska, located 5 min away. The restaurant was reasonably priced, for lunch or dinner.

They gave us a classic king room with robe, nice decor, as example.

Quirky place with very good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a coffeemaker, a seating area, and a writing table in the room. Amazing, magnificent location very close to a taxi rank, a fantastic bakery and the train station for the local link out to the airport, and national services to Warszawa and elsewhere.

It's a decent size and beautifully designed with large bathrooms.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. I had silent and decent sized room complete with from the living area couch, dividing living space, as example. The staff was affable and efficient all the time. The service was great, that made the property lovely welcoming and quirky place. The location offered was marvellous short walk to national services to Warszawa, the main train station in Krakow and shopping mall `` Galeria Krakowska ''.

The stuff where very professional and competent during our whole stay. The location in a very very nice area was comfortable and the best and there were shopping centres and the main shopping centre nearby. An attached restaurant for lunch or dinner was an advantage.

The staff was really efficient and responsive, created a comfortable atmosphere.

Overall the service was very efficient. I used wake up calls and ironing, it's free too.

The location was convenient, within a close distance from a Roman Catholic basilica. The staff was competent, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. We didn't have time, so we also would definitely go back.

The location was great and lovely, right next to the main train station perfect if you are getting the train or bus from the airport, in the shopping area.

Possibly the best and wonderful stay during the business trip. Well presented food including a sumptuous and good breakfast with eggs, bangers, and cheese. Marvellous and unbeatable location perfect in walking distance to city centre, great restaurants in the local area.

The room I booked was n't cleaned sheets were n't changed and available with hair dryer, nice breakfast, nice decor. I found the hotel's location nice, next to outlaying areas of Krakow such as the Tauron Arena, and Krakow for the 2nd time over Christmas/New Year's-2018 with a group tour.

The hotel had a central location directly opposite the large shopping complex which hundreds of shops. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic with pastries and yummy bread and waffles and great service.

The location was great and unbeatable - ease of access to Galeria Krakowska. Local supermarkets and supermarkets were right next door. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes.

The stay here was wonderful on all three nights of our stay. We had a sumptuous and good breakfast, truly enjoyed the meal with local products, yummy bread plus pastries. Really enjoyed Krakow, the hotel was comfortable modern near the shopping center. It had an absolutely perfect and amazing location close enough to the famous St Mary's church & the Cloth Hall, the large shopping centre and outlaying areas of Krakow such as the Tauron Arena. Had a nice stay for 3 nights, glad I've chosen it. The location was amazing - near to the shopping center, Galeria Krakowska, which is in front of the main train station, Old Town, with Main Sq, and main railway station. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

It had central location close to a late 15th - century fortified gateway. It was in a perfect area, near the train station.

It's nestled in a neat building with marvellous and brilliant location outside of a shopping mall. The staff are efficient, the breakfast is satisfactory.

It deserves its 4 stars. The bed was absolutely good. Do n't forget to visit nearby Stopbar, they have best coffee ever. The stuff provides SUPERB service too.
