Really enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for a short visit. The hotel had a good location to train station which connects to airport.

Amazing location adjacent to main areas, the historical part of the city and market square, and well-equipped room.

Overall clean place with street views and pleasant and really polite staff. 5 mins from metro station.

The venue's position was very central. The staff were helpful and efficient day and night. I didn't want to leave and will be returning here soon.

Property was perfect, with excellent staff and particularly good location close to old town. There were a coffeemaker and an electric kettle in my deluxe queen room. The vibe here was quiet. They had a smooth check-in.

The staff are pleasant, they keep the place perfectly clean. The venue has great and fantastic setting in Old Town district close to the main square, Wawel, Barbakan, and the train station and the shopping mall and central market.

The room was a nice size and I greatly enjoyed the stay out of our visit. Need to add that street view was a nice bonus.

Great place to stay for a trip to Krakow. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous location to the Rynok square, in the safe area. Besides, easy to get to a historic museum.

Marvellous and fantastic location to the main railway station, you can walk everywhere. And it's nestled in a pretty building short walk to main areas shopping/ dining areas, transport links, and the old Krakow. The room is cheap, comes with well working air con, balcony, for instance.

Exceptionally nice and supper friendly staff who were always there to help. Overall it was airy and tidy, with a private bathroom.

This accommodation was in the very central location near the main market square.

The location for Krakow was stunning, near to Old Town Square, the tram stops and main square, and other tourist attractions. The staff, everyone, was knowledgeable.

Great and incredible location short walk to a shop which comes in handy, the historical part of the city and a shopping center, and center of old town; smooth check-in. A wide range of DELICIOUS food at breakfast time.

The stay here was very positive for a short visit. The location was marvellous, for example, The Cloth Hall was just a short walk away from the hotel. Furthermore, the area was secure.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this good value place. I have stayed in deluxe queen room for 2 nights, it was complete with balcony, 3 single beds plus storage in the wardrobe.

As for me, the location was stunning, not far from airport for 5.45am, railway station and bars and restaurants. Everything met every demand, I would come there again.

It's easy base for visiting some must see attractions in Krakow.

It was based in nice building in a marvellous location, near old town. We had lunch in Sham Falafel, located nearby. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and room was airy & cheap.

The staff were amiable, particularly good and absolutely perfect location near the city center.

Lovely little place to stay 2 km away from a fortified hilltop castle. The extremely friendly and excellant staff and their attitude. Location - marvellous, close to the train station and the shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The location was great and fantastic, close to a Brick Gothic church. Got the same apartment with 3 single beds booked online, truly enjoyed that. Pleasant and welcoming staff, provided useful info.

Think it's best Krakow's place to stay. Make sure to get twin room with balcony. The location is unbeatable and awesome, 2 km from a fortified hilltop castle.

Central location of this affordable hotel was a bonus. I loved the stay here and would come here again.

The water pressure was very low and caused inconvenience.

The idea to include coffee & tea makers and glassware in the quadruple room was nice. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Planty Park. What's more, it was not far from center, all the important places and the train station.

Tidy rooms come with storage in the wardrobe, balcony plus wi-fi. I think that wake-up service available - it's a plus.

Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my choice. The room with well working air con. Location: the hotel was short walk to airport, the Rynok square and the city center and the central station. Also, a fortified hilltop castle was max 20 minutes walk to.

In general the staff were cheery and welcoming. It had a quiet atmosphere and provided great service. The location was unbeatable, not too far away from Main Square. Besides, it was just next door to a shopping center.

Everything was simply great. I had an apartment it was new-fashioned. It offered terrific service and delicious food too.

Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Stopped by Nakielny to get some coffee and treats, it's extremely close to the venue, recommend. Moreover, it had parking nearby...

It truly was a perfect experience. We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Krakow
