The bedroom was big size and huge. The location was incredible and amazing for me, close to the city center. The hotel was at the end of the road.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Convenient and ideal location, we were close enough to the historic centre, and the restaurant. Overall it was large, with a separate bathroom.

We didn't have welcome, were a little disappointed.

The venue was in a central location so close to the Market Square, Krakow and the pedestrian zone. The bed was soft, and the room was clean. Every member of staff was informative and kind.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

A very quite area, good location just off a grocery shop, main square and transport links and transport links. Again, walking distance to Dean Village. Big size room, extremely comfy bed, and clean bathroom.

Plus, the location is peaceful, minutes from Saint Saviour Pimlico. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to reach.

We had a large bedroom. The hotel's location was central, reasonably close to the town square.

We had a lovely looking and good-sized room overlooking street. The hotel had a central location anyway in one word everything was excellent. Further, it was just next door to main square and transport links, and Old Town and Railway Station.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really good stay during night and holidays. I booked an apartment with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. And it included a spacious bathroom.

The staff was helpful and the room was great-sized with very comfy beds. The location was great and unbeatable in a very quite area, very close to the square, restaurants and local shops and Oldtown.

I could see garden from the family apartment. It was equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and climate control. Everything here was beautiful, I would come here again.

Magnificent location, an easy walk to Palace of Art. Huge, spacious units provided with garden view, bathroom, for instance.

I spent our time here lovely. Distance to the airport was just 15 km. There were lovely looking and fully-equipped rooms with a lovely bathroom. Got comfortable bed and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The staff were very amiable and accommodating all the time.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very near the centre. The unit we got was good-sized with balcony as well as coffee.

The hotel was in a good and perfect location next to the supermarket, city center, and the old town market square. We were upgraded to new-fashioned double room on the top level.

Some people working there were not very helpful.

The family apartment didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned on the top level. The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and fantastic and there were shops and a market nearby.

Huge room, that also was new-fashioned with balcony. Booked it for gbp 286. The location was good and excellent there, in the Old Town. Every member of the staff was helpful.

Enjoyed my room, it was new-fashioned and with free coffee, a balcony and bathroom. Kind staff, provided useful info. The location was marvellous, walk from a bus station. There was a nice restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed for weekend and would stay here again. Appreciated our 3 nights here. The location was perfect and stunning, not too far from a historic gateway. It was also near to main square, the old town and the centrum

I enjoyed looking at city from the window of the double room. The location was central, phenomenal really close to the centrum.

New-fashioned and fully-equipped room with balcony and good service. Lots of facilities like: an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines and a TV.

This was a great stay with the value of this stay. The location was great - close to a coffee house and bars. I had coffee at Fajf, located within 10 minutes walk.

I have stayed in economy apartment with balcony with garden view and bathroom plus sofa beds for 1 night. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge upon arrival. The daily service was very good.

We think it's a holiday base for staying in Krakow.

It's fantastic base for visiting some must see attractions in Krakow.

This hotel was good home base for exploring Krakow, liked it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having a fridge, a microwave oven and a kettle.

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring Krakow attractions. It's 15 mins walk to the centre.

Marvellous location to Main Square.

Will be back if ever in Krakow, it was dope! The location was great and the staff was lovely.

A great hotel. It was 500 metres from cloth hall. The bed was ok as expected. We would recommend the venue to everyone as its location was GOOD.

All was perfect.
