It was in the central location in the centre within a couple of 100 yards.

Hot breakfasts with food d fruits and ersatz orange juice, as example, the staff were all in all helpful.

The breakfast is delicious, I loved fresh fruit and cheese. It has supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at all times. The airport is 30 km away, easy to get to.

The rooms were spotless and air-conditioned, included a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and TV.

The location was excellent and perfect, close to the Christmas Market, convenient to go everywhere. Had brunch in the Bierhalle Restaurant, located nearby. There were comfy beds and a seating area, ironing facilities, and a study table inside the room. The breakfast was nice hot - fresh fruit and cheese.

The hotel had indeed an excellent and wonderful location near to everything. Moreover, it's so close to shops, restaurants and old town main square, taxi's and the historic centre of the old town.

The breakfast was reasonably good and delicious with ersatz orange juice and food d fruits, worth the price. Loved how the reasonably spacious and spotless room on the terrace level was arranged when we arrived.

Staff were very efficient, atmosphere was quiet, it had efficient location short walk to the Kraków Old Town, and the Main Square and the Cloth Hall. Overall the service was exceptional. Strong drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

There were unique, spotless rooms on the terrace level. The location was amazing and lovely, just next door to the main market square, and the historical old town of Kraków. Old Town district was worth visiting.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was good small and intimate, it had efficient location near to booking tours, taxi's and signing for train tickets and the center of the city. Really enjoyed the location on sightseeing in town.

The most important - great and lovely location in the heart of the city.

Stunning and brilliant location to all best sightseeing of Krakow and view of street. For tea or coffee visit Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Luxury breakfast with plenty of food.

I think the hotel was nicely decorated and pleasant, would stay here again. Everything was really good - air conditioned rooms and delicious breakfasts. My room included a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and TV. You could leave a car nearby.

The restaurant was good, good service, DELIGHTFUL food. Apartment had a very comfy bed. The staff was competent and excellent, kept everything fairly clean and perfect. We were in an unbeatable and best possible location within easy walking distance of Kazmierz The Former Jewish District.

The property suited our needs, we would book again. Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. The restaurant was located within 700 feet.

Not far from old town and other tourist attractions. Hard Rock Cafe, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel

It took about 10 min by foot to get to old town. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Moaburger that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel was in front of Krakow Central train station.
