Liked it. The stay here was pleasant for business trip. The food was tasty, with a lot of options. The location was central, unbeatable by the trams.

Had a lounge, tea, coffee, and a kettle in my clean room. There was a soft bed and a spotless bathroom. The hotel was set in a central area right by the main square, the underground museum, Auschwitz and Birkenau & the salt mines. It also was out to other restaurants.

Comfortable bedroom. Comfortable beds & very efficient employees at the reception desk. Fairly quiet area, decent location, right by the main urban transport between old town/railway station, the trams and the main square, the underground museum, Auschwitz and Birkenau & the salt mines.

Nice hotel, kind staff on the reception desk, everything was brand-new. Super location with private parking on-site.

The whole experience was just perfect! Everything was great, however we stayed for 2 nights only. The property's location was good and decent, easy to get into the Old Town. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Century. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food, liked it.

No complains at all, the venue exceeded all expectations, strongly recommend it. The room was compact and spotlessly clean, breakfast was great. It had magnificent and decent location very close to Lubicz Bastion. Thoroughly enjoyed the small restaurant.

This accommodation was in the central location near the train station. The breakfast was satisfactory and perfect - a huge variety of dishes. The staff was lovely the entire time.

Savoury food for excellent breakfast with quality food. Excellent and decent location close to the Central Railway Station, the old town by foot or by bus and all restaurants & hotels in a modern area. Nearby Bar Smakosz - great place to chill out.

Nice and convenient place, it has obliging staff on the reception desk. Its location is super, just off Galeria Krakowska, and transport, modern area.

The room was modern looking and the amenities included a lounge area, an ironing set, and a chair.

Stylish venue, good bar area, stunning location close to main train station. Brand-new unit with very comfortable bed. Location right by the main urban transport between old town/railway station and Arena as well as shops and transport.

Our hotel is set in a central location so close to the main train station, all restaurants & hotels, and the old town center. The staff are very efficient people at the reception desk. The units are stylish, large with very comfortable bed, free WiFi, for instance.

Compact rooms and big with bathrrom with bath, safe and bath. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location adjacent to a numerous tram lines, the main railway station and the centre.

Wi-Fi was bad.

So glad we choose it, it's great place for staying in Krakow...

We didn't have time, so we also would consider staying here again. Central location of this good basic hotel was a bonus. Everything was excellent, its good on-site restaurant was a bonus.

You should definitely explore Podgorze district, it's worth it. Some of popular places such as Lubicz Bastion were right by this venue. We appreciated the fact that we chose vienna house easy cracow

It was very convenient to stay within 15 minutes' walk from old town. The staff was friendly and that's why we recommend it.
