The breakfast was warm with fresh fruits and very pleasant staff. The room was not only nicely decorated, but neat too, and had a living room, a kettle, and coffee.

The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with fresh fruit, tea & coffee and eggs fried or boiled, and also the staff were all outstandingly helpful.

Charming small accommodation with incredible location close to trams to take you into the centre of Krakow. Airy unit on the immediate level of the lift.

Breakfast was good hot, good views, stunning location near to nice restaurants nearby, the railway stations and bars, restaurants and transport to get around. My room included a living area, a kettle, and coffee. The staff were all accommodating, exceptional. Irish bar was huge.

The venue is homey, food is well presented, magnificent location exellant in the middle of the old jewish area. I have stayed in the single room with ac turned off. All the staff is really good and polite and is engaged to make your stay such great.

They gave a queen room with TV, storage space, the immediate level as we booked. It had a comfortable decor.

Overall it was nicely decorated with three proper beds. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, easy to get into centre.

The location was central, great for a synagogue and a castle located walking distance to the hotel. Also was walking distance to bars and bistros.

Overall it was a very nice stay for three nights. The location was absolutely perfect and lovely: a shopping centre and a main market were within walking distance.

We truly enjoyed this staying. Had wonderful stay for three nights, the staff were incredibly nice, location was excellent to the xmas market in the main square which was stunning. Booked a twin room with a balcony.

The room was atmospheric and neat with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

My stay was wonderful for four nights. A good choice of food at the breakfast, I loved cereals and pastries. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Izaak Synagogue.

All the facilities were great. The location of the hotel was magnificent and brilliant - relatively close to Museum of illusions. It was located in a GOOD area.

Overall, it's perfect base for exploring Krakow attractions. Double room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

Introligatornia Smaku, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Bedrooms were separate, with a balcony. Moreover, we parked nearby. All staff was friendly, good value, will be back.
