The hotel had a stunning and incredible position, away from the main square.

The bedroom was huge and spotless. This location was great, adjacent to old town and busses and trams, the market square in old town, and Auschwitz and the salt mines. Plus, a publicly owned art museum was at a short distance from the hotel.

Well, internet was terrible.

Great and perfect location not far from local stores and surrounding main attractions, I felt safe.

I stay here often and recommend it to anyone. The staff is understanding, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is amazing so close to Christmas markets, Old Town and Kazimierz and the Market Square. The room is tidy and essentials you need, including an iron/ironing board, a multi-channel television, and a seating area, is right there.

The property was stylish. Soundproof room on the lower floors, and good and magnificent location. Quite close to the airport, 30 km, perfect for an early flight.

Overall it was neat, with a private bathroom.

Incredible, stunning location in the lovely area. Reasonably spacious and huge unit with a cupboard, the bed is, bedroom.

Reasonably large and well stocked units with bedroom, bed was very comfortable, for instance, attentive employees. Central location, good home base for discovering Krakow. Again, walking distance to a romanesque 11th - century church.

The units are modern, brand-new on the lower floors. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very very helpful staff. As for me location is fantastic, close enough to all the top attractions, and old town or Jewish quarter. Old Town is a district that deserves exploring.

Amazing location for our visit to Czartoryski Library at a short distance from the hotel. Well stocked room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

Overall had very very good stay for the price. The location was unbeatable and nice in a good area, short walk to the old Jewish ghetto, which is also worth visiting, the old town and trendy Kazimierz and all the top attractions in krakow. Also, Main Square was situated just 1 km away. The staff was genuinely helpful, so I would book again.

The hotel's location was particularly good, right by the tram and the townsquare, old town and Jewish quarters and the city centre and the Jewish Quarter.

The place deserved 3 stars. The room I booked was brand-new and reasonably large with a mezzanine bedroom, the bed is, the cleanliness of the apartment. Booked it for gbp 320. The location was fantastic and amazing for me. This hotel was set in a good area.

Satisfactory breakfasts with coffees supplied, the staff were all in all nice. Fantastic central location near Auschwitz as well as all the top attractions in krakow. Explored a fortified hilltop castle, that is located not too far from the hotel.

I didn't want to leave and would book again. Every detail there was nice. Its setting was perfect and nice for what I needed. It was about 30 km from the airport. The room was fully-equipped and I loved the stay for the price.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was cosy with a mezzanine bedroom which is n't full height. This accommodation was in the central location next to the city centre.

The check in was easy, the staff was efficient and attentive. The venue was set in the central position really close to the main square, Krakow and Stare Miasto. Also, Main Square was 1 km away, I could even walk there.

Everything was simply perfect. Loved the place, had a good stay for 2 nights out of the 4 night stay. Attentive staff always on hand. Our rooms were neat and compact with a mezzanine bedroom, a big TV, for example. An electric kettle, fridges and kitchenware were a nice touch. Central location was a plus. Hotel is GREAT and very clean, has excellent rooms and location. Truly enjoyed that multi-channel TV, a seating area and an ironing set were included. We found nice Columbus Coffee nearby with hot beverages.
