The location in a very quiet area was marvellous and there were an old market and a main market nearby. Edgware Road tube station was 5 min away. It was a joy spending time in the fashionable and modern room with shower, lovely toiletries, instant coffee.

The location was great and fab, plus the breakfast was savoury. An old market and a main market were right next door.

Booked superior king studio, that was provided with level 4 with a great view, a great view, as for instance. In general the service was good.

The hotel's staff are knowledgeable. The units were well laid out for toiletries in the bathroom. It offers very good services and has a savoury breakfast choices.

The room was air conditioned and great value with a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes in the integrated bathroom.

Possibly the best and very relaxing stay for 4 nights. Outstandingly accommodating, extremely polite staff towards all guests. Good-sized room with slippers, the balcony, as for instance for £490.

We had an amazing stay, enjoyed its location and would stay here again. Came here for 3 nights with our husband, everything was perfect. This hotel was located in a very central area near to all other attractions, really nice cafes, bar & restaurants and Krakow's main square.

The airport was 20 km away. My room at this hotel was new-fashioned on level 4 with a great view. I had coffee/tea makers, fridges, and kitchenware.

The staff were competent and genuinely helpful, nothing to complain about. The service was very good, that made the hotel well priced and 1st class place.

Stunning, incredible location in Krakow, very close to the city square as well as Gestapo museum. Easy walk to an underground square central museum.

All in all everything was excellent, had a fairly nice stay for 4 nights. The hotel's location was marvellous and beautiful, right in the Centre of Krakow Old Town with an old market and a main market within walking distance.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 4 nights, even so everything was modern. Its location was stunning easy to get to by train from the airport. Choosing for lunch Marmolada, which is situated 500 metres away was a good idea.

Thanks very much for the stay here - will come back. It has top and easy location for visiting Main Square. And the area is fairly quiet just next door to cool bars and restaurants, attractions & public transport, and public transport.

Top-class and fairly clean property with very good service and excellent value. The newly decorated and great-sized room with integrated bathroom. What a knowledgeable and efficient staff.

The units are fashionable, newly decorated with a lovely balcony. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a hair dryer - that's always a plus.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous and easy location right in the center of old town. Really enjoyed our updated and stylish room.

We appreciated rooms with integrated bathroom. Coffee/tea makers, fridges, and kitchenware were an advantage.

Thank you for a just perfect stay for 4 nights. It has fantastic very central location in Bracka resturant. Moreover, it is right by old town square, Poland and all other attractions.

Very GOOD service and top and peaceful location close enough to a private clinic, the main old town square and all the attractions and good restaurants and bars. 5 minutes' walk to The Cloth Hall. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms with a lovely balcony with magnificent views.

Thanks a lot all for a very very good stay for 4 nights. Had top and quiet location in 2 cafe's opposite, really close to a large monument. The food they offered was good, had a wide range of meals.

The service was good and the food was fabulous. In overall the room was stylish and with integrated bathroom. Its location a few steps away from a large monument was great and stunning.

Greatly enjoyed our stay, would stay here again. Meals in the hotel were fabulous. The staff has always been superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and the facilities were good. It had very central location close to The Cloth Hall. There was a pleasant restaurant, an old market and a main market next door.

The food was great, drinks were cool. The hotel was reasonably priced and in a central location really close to two nice restaurants as well as main square and all other attractions.

My must haves' are a great-sized, updated room with beautiful design, the bathroom, for instance.

Its location was very central, 400 metres from a historic museum.

Liked it amongst others I visited before. The location was brilliant and top, just 5 minutes walk from a fortified hilltop castle.

The room exceeded all expectations, it was bright with fantastic attention, walk in shower plus '' warm...

The room was updated, with an electronic key card, a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were welcoming. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Pharmacy Museum.

Location very close to Krakow, the square and the centre of the old town. Also, in the city center. Marvellous and brilliant location, stylish deluxe studio with instant coffee, a lovely balcony, as example.

The location was brilliant, not too far from Main Market Square. We also went to city centre, located within walking distance of the hotel.

I appreciated efficient and knowledgeable personnel that ensures guests have a very enjoyable stay. The bed is extremely comfy, the bathroom is spotless. It has unbeatable, incredible setting, not far from main square and the center. For tea and goodies visit Nowa Prowincja, located close by

They gave us new-fashioned superior studio with a lovely balcony. All the staff were attentive and excellent. The hotel was in a very central setting in the very heart of the city.

This hotel's really close to tourist places like old town. Not the cheapest one but excellent value for money: )
