Tidy, beautiful unit with a big bed, and lovely staff.

The bedroom was brand-new and modern. It had an exceptionally clean bathroom and central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk.

So glad we chose it, spent 1 good day here. Satisfactory breakfast, we had it in the café. Everything was really good as expected, but the bathroom was very small.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all very amiable and really friendly. Its location was magnificent and fantastic, near church. Moreover, Water of Leith Walkway was at a medium distance from the place. No reason to complain, I greatly enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again.

Good breakfast for every taste. Brand-new & compact unit exactly like in the pictures. Patient personnel and fantastic location near to everything.

The bedroom was new-fashioned and compact. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets for my convenience. Stunning location, it was close to the train station.

The position was great, really close to a bus station. Visited Bastion Iii "kleparz", located at a medium distance from the venue.

The stay at this nice hotel was a very comfortable one. The rooms were good sized and had essentials you needed. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast food available in the café. The location was great and the train station was close to the property. It was set in a fairly quiet area.

The staff was accommodating, pleasant. The location was magnificent, short walk to railway, main railway station and bus station and shops, restaurants and krakow old town. Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral, greatly enjoyed where it was situated.

The hotel had a central position just next door to both the main railway station and the old town, and old town with good shops.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator.

The café was good for breakfasts. The location couldn't be more magnificent to Cracow Central train station.

The stuff were lovely and fabulous all the time. I appreciated an incredibly nice breakfast. The hotel was in the very central setting near to everything. Also, it was positioned at a moderate distance from tourist spot like a historic museum.

Good choice for discovering Krakow. Nice building, perfect little and compact rooms. Plenty of food at the good and satisfactory breakfast.

This place is in an amazing location to the old town with it's wonderful main square.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was 10/10. The location was unbeatable and brilliant there, really close to the old town. Also, the hotel was not too far from Saint Barbara's Church. The place was quiet little and incredibly friendly, no complains at all, can't recommend highly enough.

The property is great and the staff is AFFABLE. The venue is placed in a very central position in walking distance to Main square. It's also right by the central train station and the centre of the old town.

Really close to a bus stop, the location was particularly good and magnificent. Also, we visited such place as a Brick Gothic church that was at a short distance from the hotel.

Unbeatable and brilliant location to a fortified hilltop castle. Set close to a train station in the quiet area. Perfect unit with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was compact and bright with a big bed. Loved nice decor, plus a kettle, central heating and an iron were at a high level. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - just a short walk away from Main Square.

Double room included a kettle, central heating and an iron. It had very central location close to Zoo. It was a fairly quiet area, a great base for me.

The room was new-fashioned with TV, a private bathroom with toilet plus a kettle and safety measures included smoke detectors. Had an electric kettle and a fridge at our disposal.
