Ascot Premium Hotel

It was neat, the staff was top-class, plus the service was very good. We had newly decorated and heated room with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The location turned out to be magnificent and unbeatable, close to Close to main square, train station/galleria, the square, the opera house and the flea market and railway station. Liked our really lovely stay there a lot.

Fantastic little and homey hotel with an excellent service, spent my time lovely here. The lobby bar was superb and the staff were pleasant and incredibly nice.

Enjoyed my stay. Well, it was a really really nice stay for one night. The room was new-fashioned & silent with separate beds and shower cabin.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, everything was great here. Overall it was exceptionally clean, with a private bathroom. The food was excellent and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Incredibly nice staff at reception desk, and the location was great and brilliant. The venue was in a calm area, close to a train line and rail / bus station.

We stayed in double room with very good wi-fi, everything was spotless. The location was super, near Zara shop.

The hotel offered a savoury and tasty breakfast with yoghurt, cheeses and bacon. The room was heated and silent with aircon, just what we needed.

Every visit to Krakow we like to stay here. The property is perfect, it has pleasant and welcoming staff at reception desk. The lobby bar is a nice plus.

The location was marvellous and fab as for me, adjacent to bus/train station, and the city centre close to the old town and the train station. All the staff were pleasant, amazingly nice.

The venue is pleasant and perfect, its location is unbeatable, close enough to all attractions very central to Old Town. The staff are really kind and polite.

The room was adequate here with coffee and a modern bathroom. Hotel's location was brilliant and unbelievable, near the city center. Having different cool drinks in the lobby bar was a very nice touch.

Their rooms are always compact and heated with a hair dryer, fresh linen, for example. The breakfast is savoury, offered with bacon and yoghurt, for example. The hotel is in the very central location very near shopping mall.

My room was spotless thanks to the outstandingly accommodating staff. The bed was lovely, and the room itself was separate. The breakfast choices were generous and savoury! I appreciated the stay here.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Overall had really nice stay for couple or family visit. It had great and brilliant location right by old town square as well as both the old town centre and the main railway station. Every member of staff was welcoming.

We had a silent premium queen room with a lovely bed.

Charming small small place with marvellous and brilliant location short walk to bus/train station & old town, large shopping centre and the city center and also station and huge shopping complex. Plenty of brilliant food for meals.

This small hotel is ideal with pleasant and welcoming staff. The location is BRILLIANT and stunning, in the square. There is Hex Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee. This is a venue go-to for Krakow!

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun and met really kind stuff at reception desk. We where offered absolutely superb breakfast options with Polish meats and bacon, as example.

The room was recently refurbished and immaculate, I had a good rest. This accommodation had a very central setting in the centre of the old Town. Moreover, it was 1 km from The Cloth Hall.

Unbeatable and peaceful location so close to the bus station, the centre and Auschwitz in a nice enough area. Situated only 1 km from a restored Gothic church.

Close to most sightseeings, the location is unbeatable and unbelievable right by the centre, Krakow and close to center of city. The staff is gentle and the breakfast is delicious.

the staff are kind, the hotel is fairly clean and the breakfast is satisfactory. it has handy very central location near the station. old town district deserves to be explored. we really enjoyed it so would stay here again.

It was located so close to the central railroad station. We liked everything at ascot including the food and staff. Przystanek Pierogarnia, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. It required a 15-minute walk to reach old town...
