Unbeatable location in general, very, very nice stuff at the reception desk. The double room is airy and has climate control, free wireless internet, and strong WiFi.

Wonderful central location near city center and train ststion, massive Shopping Centre and train/bus station. Also, we where approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a bucolic village.

It was in the central location close to railways station which links directly to airport. The room was spotless and silent, with a functional bathroom. I had a warm welcome, welcoming staff.

Ideal location, rich breakfast with extra painted eggs for Easter.

We stayed 4 nights and truly enjoyed the good and perfect location.

There was outstanding food, the staff was amazingly helpful. Booked a room with especially comfortable bed. Everything was perfectly fine, but a few employees were not so good. This accommodation was in the central location close to city centre.

The room was a nice size with working air conditioning, AC, especially comfortable bed for a very very good stay. The location in a relaxing area was incredibly comfortable and secure and there were a shopping centre and a large shopping mall nearby.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a domestic area, really close to Very close to the train station and the market. The room was spotless here with good sized shower. I could use an air conditioner, strong WiFi, and a safe box. Great location, pleasant staff at the reception desk. Plus, Sainsbury's was close to the venue. The stay for the good value and location certainly was excellent value for money.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box and a telephone in the double room. The staff was very nice, courteous, no complains at all. It was fairly clean, I definitely coming here again.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay on vacation. Staff was super pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with excellent coffee and extra painted eggs, as for instance, so much to pick from.

Nothing too much trouble, overall it’s pretty standard and beautifully designed place with very very nice staff at reception desk. A good restaurant at the lobby level where breakfast is served is available. Thanks, I will choose the place for future trips, truly enjoyed this hotel.

The location was marvellous, short walk to bus station and train station, Right beside huge shopping centre, and 3 Ibis hotels Gdansk, Warsaw and Krakow, excellent value for money. Stayed for 1 day and didn't feel like leaving, I would return there.

Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to the railway station, the 'Ibis Kitchen' restaurant and Krakow. Plus, main attraction such as a history museum was 3 km from this hotel. The room was neat and silent with an extra bed, excellent value for money.

I stayed 2 nights and would come here again when visiting Poland. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of products. The venue was in a central location close to the market Square, Kraków and train station.
