The staff were courteous and polite, their services were excellent.

Overall it was good sized, with a functional bathroom. Enjoyed nice decor, plus a terrace, an ironing set, and an iron were at a high level.

Modern interior, fairly clean bathroom, top-class room. With coffee & tea making facilities and glassware.

The hotel's location was marvellous, adjacent to the castle and the church on other side of the river, other restaurants in the area and the city center or the Jewish quarter across the river. Eggs and bangers for breakfast were all fantastic! The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet overall.

Internet connection was weak also the bed of mine was a bit small.

The location was absolute top and peaceful, near the city centre with easy access to the main shopping centre and a mall.

Fantastic, awesome location in the local area. Again, not far from Bessborough Gardens.

The room I stayed in was air-conditioned and soundproof with a balcony and shower.

All in all everything was very good, had a really really nice stay during a business trip. Truly enjoyed the way our excellent quality twin room with comfortable beds was. Marvellous central location not far from great Vistula river, supermarket and stores and the center. Debniki district was worth staying in.

Eggs and bangers for breakfast for vegetarians. Pretty comfortable area, central location short walk to the castle and the church on other side of the river, a bus station with easy access to the old town and the river from the center of town.

I ate at a particularly good restaurant with good meals. The employees were pleasant and kept it all fairly clean.

It was in an absolutely perfect location close to the Kazimierz district where a lot of good food places are located. In general the staff were competent and knowledgeable. It had a wide range of meals for breakfast, including eggs and bangers.

The location was unbeatable as a tower and a palace were walking distance to the hotel.

The twin room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle and glassware. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, specially if you want to stay walking distance to bars and a concert hall.

The venue is perfect and safe. The location is great, 15 minutes' walk to a fortified hilltop castle. And its nestled in a lovely building very close to a palace, many popular area attractions including Kazimierz and the river opposite the Jewish District.

The location was particularly good - ease of access to Ice Congress Centre. The room itself was good-sized with shower, comfortable beds, for instance provided.

The bed in my room was a bit small.

We really enjoyed cleanliness and service here. Deluxe king room had a private safe, an electronic key card and a coffee machine, everything worked for us. It deserves its 4 stars.

We loved our stay in this quiet hotel with the helpful staff. It has excellent, magnificent setting.

The accommodation was right by a tram stop. The free WiFi was comfortable for working. We would like to stay longer when visiting Krakow.
