The location was quiet and perfect, in another area! And we were adjacent to the center, old town/city centre and the centre of Krakow.

The whole place was clean and the staff were nice and exceptional. Had a triple room with balcony and TV & allegedly WiFi and I greatly enjoyed it.

Soft bed, room was amazingly comfortable and warm, with central heating and a study table. I was happy to have a spacious and the staff were nice. It had marvellous and cosy location just a walking distance from Centrum Kongresowe. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a shopping area.

The room was warm and new-fashioned with tv & allegedly wifi, just what we needed. There was plenty of good meals.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

It is a reasonably priced and quiet little property located in Old Town district just next door to the square, train station, and the centre. All the staff members are EXCEPTIONALLY NICE and exceptional. The location is particularly good, somehow near to the tram stop.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant and ideal for a perfect stay, its staff were really helpful and responsive. The location was great - so close to the historical centre of Cracow, the central area and the bus stop for the Old City...

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were responsive. The location offered was quiet and perfect near to Rakovicky cemetery where are buried parents of John Paul II and there is also a war cemetery, Krakow city centre, and parking infront. Old Town district was worth staying in.

we would like to go back here again, the venue met the needs. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like trattoria amici that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
