It was really absolutely great 4-star hotel as stated in the description. Pastries and meats were excellent. I booked modern immaculate room with necessary equipment. The services were good. Could use their private parking.

The property was very elegant and absolutely great with EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff. The room was soundproof and big size with a bathtub, balcony and a couch and safety measures included smoke detectors. The breakfast had lots of options, pastries and meats. The location was marvellous in a great area, near to Krakow's Old Town and Wavel Castle, the old town centre/town square and the ghettos / museum. I dined a short way from the hotel at About Thyme Restaurant.

Loved Krakow, the hotel was modern near to jewish district. The staff were pleasant and amazingly nice and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.
