The breakfast spread was warm and luxury with a nice view and hot food such as bacon and fried potatoes. Triple room with garden view and 2 single beds plus garden breakfast was ready when we checked-in.

There was no bar which we expected.

Marvellous location for visiting cafes and bars. Pleasant and amazingly nice staff with knowledge of the place.

Good bedroom. Plenty of fantastic food for meals. The marvellous and incredible location for the price, not far from excellent coffee shop and bakery, the garden in a separate wooden chalet and shops and restaurants, transport and tour pick ups right outside. Perfect service, parking on-site.

Immaculately clean and fantastic little place and the breakfast was warm and awesome. The food was tasty with plenty of alternatives. The location was incredible and the staff was very amiable and extremely helpful during the whole stay!

Facilities were good, though Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

This hotel offers a good hot and luxurious breakfast with yogurt and a nice view, for instance. The location good and unbeatable for Old Town district, it is near landmarks like Barbican, the main tourist attractions, and everything, especially old town.

It was a fantastic experience. All the staff were lovely and absolutely perfect. The hotel was brilliant, it had a great location just next door to the restaurants and bars, the square in the old town and garden or bar area.

Great breakfasts with available options, juices, yogurt provided by the absolutely perfect staff. Great and fab location so close to the city centre, easy to get around.

I ate at a popular restaurant for breakfast too. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were available here too. The location was perfectly comfortable and easy and the private parking was onsite. Its service was exceptional.

The location near the city centre was magnificent and incredible. The breakfast was nice hot as expected with fried potatoes, yogurt and sausages.

It was near bars and restaurants, the train station and landmarks like Barbican and Bazylika sw and the center of Krakow, ideal location overall. Besides, I explored Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square within a close distance from the hotel.

Clean hotel in a nice building not far from the main tourist attractions and a shopping mall nearby. Incredible, fab location close to the center of Krakow. Plus, walking distance to a palatial museum. A such great stay for a shorter visit.

I have stayed in the triple room with a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table. The location is good, just a pleasant stroll away from Estreicher's alley.

The location close to the train station was perfect and excellent. We had a large bedroom.

The beds were comfortable and the room itself was a nice size and well-kept. The hotel was situated in the central location in the other direction the 304 bus stop which takes you directly to the salt mines.

We loved quadruple room with a nice big garden in the back. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and fantastic, in a beautiful conservatory with a great choice.

I had a really amazing stay in a long time. I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean and gorgeous. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was overall warm and great. The room was decent sized with 2 single beds, a proper TV, for instance, and all other comforts. Distance to the airport was just 20 km.

Clean place with great view of the garden. What an outstandingly accommodating staff. A wide array of food available in the garden. Terrific service and good location, great for our needs. Besides, very convenient to a medieval Gothic gate tower.

The location is great as its just off shops and a taxi pick up. Old Town district is worth your attention.

It had very central location close to Art Agenda Nova. The restaurant was great for breakfast too, I tried hot dishes. The staff were polite and welcoming too.

The restaurant was popular for breakfast too here, I had savoury dishes. The decor was nice and the bed was great. Its location just a short walk away from The Cloth Hall was perfect.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and airy with a lovely bathroom and the garden plus good facilities. There was fantastic food, the staff was courteous and really kind. The location was great and fantastic in a pretty nice area, very close to Krakow as well as a heated conservatory.

The hotel was set in a central area so close to the square in the old town, railway station and historic district and Close enough to main square. Old Town district was worth exploring.

Thanks for the decent stay for 3 nights. The units are airy, huge. The breakfast is hot and awesome, and the location is fab so close to bars and restaurants, and plenty shops. Cant recommend highly enough this place to everyone.

It boasts easy, unbeatable location very close to easy walking distance from main square, and the main train station. The breakfast options are good hot and awesome with bacon, sausages, hot food such as bacon. I thoroughly enjoyed top-class personnel that ensures guests have a real good stay. Every time in Krakow I stay in this hotel.

The hotel had a very central location away from the main square. Plus, it was so close to a shopping mall nearby and Krakow. The room of place was stylish on the lower floors. Perfect facilities, everything you could wish for.

Very central location, not too far from a historic gateway. Positioned in the very quiet area, so close to Krakow, main square and Train Station/Shopping Centre, and city center.

The rooms in the hotel were immaculate and light. It was within 10 minutes walk from a bus station.

The room was bright, there was a fine bathroom. The venue was set in the very central position right by an outside garden, the city centre, and old town.

The rooms were spotless, complete with comfy bed, children or four adults and a nice big garden, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

Pleasant and straightforward venue, peaceful location near to Krakow as well as the railway station, appreciated our stay. It was new-fashioned, fabulous and with a garden view. Everything seemed great, clean. We didn't mind paying extra £11 per day for parking.

Loved my excellant stay for 3 nights. Bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. The location was marvellous, relatively close to Main Square. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a fairly nice area.

It's easy base for sightseeing and exploring Krakow. We spent 3 nights in quadruple room. Worth its 3 stars

the restaurant was located within 200 metres. no complains at all and would have stayed for longer.
