The twin room with comfy beds had basic facilities you need. The hotel had a central location, walking distance to a theatre and a gallery.

Location: excellent, near to the main square and the bus/train station and all the tourist attractions. Again, not far from St Chad's. Elegant queen room, comfortable beds. A wide range of local items for continental breakfast.

Clean place accompanied by courteous and fast staff. Freshly made food, very very good breakfast.

We were in a hurry and didn't try the continental breakfast. Overall it was reasonably spacious, with a private bathroom. This stunningly beautiful and fabulous hotel had a central setting close to the centre.

The room is a nice size and with coffee and an iron with ironing board. The bed is extra large, slept really good. The staff is competent and very professional and the atmosphere is quiet. Great service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.

Marvellous continental breakfast with hot dishes and beverages and hot options. Quiet location for our needs, right by the train station, the main square and the tram stop as well as the city center next to the park. Very close to Saint Mary's Cathedral and other tourist attractions.

Marvellous location in Old Town district very close to Juliusz Słowacki Theatre, main square, near train station and the shopping mall. Comfy bed, huge bathroom and a private safe, climate control, and a minibar in the room.

It was a great experience & staff was helpful! Wawel royal castle was 1 mile away, I could even walk there. Really good location. I will be back. For dinner I chose pijalnia wodki i piwa, that was 100 feet from the hotel.
