Modern units with a bathroom as well as tasteful decorations, and the staff were VERY HELPFUL. This hotel was set in a very central area really close to near Central station.

Had lovely 1 night here. Hotel's staff were attentive. Twin room included a safe box, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. The food for breakfast was reasonably priced.

Its location right in the centre of the old town was perfect and excellent. Got double room with twin beds, the windows looking to the yard, for example as expected.

The double room I got was complete with the double bed and lovely shower plus a fridge. The location was perfect and comfortable, for example, a railway station was next to the venue.

The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was tasty. The room was both airy and silent with tea as well as a bathroom.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this clean neighboring hotel. The room was spotless and budget with twin beds as well as a fridge and the breakfast was satisfactory. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, it was right by the train station.

Magnificent and unbeatable location, next to a Roman Catholic basilica. Walking distance to a shopping mall and a main market across the street.

The location is perfect, at a moderate distance from The Cloth Hall. It's in the central area which is another bonus.

Pleasant accommodation with excellent setting near to the old town, galeria and bus/train station and train station and Main Square in Kraków.

I have stayed in queen room for 1 night, it was complete with the double bed, bathroom, tea. Everything here was perfectly fine.

Fairly clean and fabulous place, great breakfast with a good choice of options. Fab and incredible location a minute walk from Kazimierz. Also - just next door to both the railway station and the heart to the Old Town, the public transport, and all the major attractions

We appreciated rooms with a view. The location was best possible - just 5 minutes' walk from Galeria Krakowska.

The location right by the train station was best possible and awesome, most places in Krakow where within reach. Old Town district was worth visiting.

worth its 3 stars. as picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to a good choice of restaurants, went to ztote prosie couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. nice bed and pillows, there were a private safe and central heating in the room.

Super base for exploring Krakow. Appreciated a kitchenette.
