Very quick check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Double room with ample space. Hot and absolutely fantastic breakfast for drinks & food, very good service. Incredible location near the historical center and very quiet area.

Liked this very lovely stay for our first visit. The location was amazing, the public spaces were clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and incredible for what was on offer, with sausage, drinks & food plus hot food including egg.

We liked spending 3 nights here. The place was nicely decorated and fairly clean. The deluxe triple room had all we needed, including big bathroom.

The staff was accommodating throughout our stay. The bedroom was neat and functional.

The units are new-fashioned, spotless with a view on the Planty, a spacious bathroom, for example. Good service, the breakfast is incredible.

The hotel had a very central position short walk to Old Town, most sightseeing things and activities, and communal areas. Also, a historic water pump was 4 km away.

The location was magnificent, not far from both the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby. Booked deluxe triple room, had a good stay for my first visit.

The total stay was real good of 3 nights. The room was well-equipped, the location was perfect central. Besides, it was next to The Legend, the main square and tram station and old town / parks / castles. The staff was especially helpful and gave me recommendations.

Had a such great stay here. The staff members were polite and nice. Everything was excellent as expected, however the bathroom was too small. The service provided there was good.

Great location for our visit to a Roman Catholic basilica relatively near the hotel. Incredible and exceptional selection for breakfast. Very quick check-in, generally good service.

The units were comfortable quiet and functional with a separate bedroom. The hotel has a good and fab location, in a great location 5 minute walk to old town square.

Their breakfast is cold, can be much better.

Planty Park was a walking distance from the hotel, appreciated its location right next to everything we went to see.

I didn't want to say goodbye, so totally recommend this hotel. The property was fairly clean, bright, had mostly pleasant and pleasant staff who were really obliging with every request. Food was fresh and rooms were reasonably large and stylish. The location was marvellous and fab, near to main square, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Lobby bar was there.

Fantastic very central location, very close to the trams running past the windows, Krakow's main landmarks and a tram line. Again, walking distance to a fortified hilltop castle. Delicious and very very good breakfast for drinks & food for all tastes.

Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a legendary cave. A park and a river were walk from the hotel.

There was a too soft bed.

The room I booked was fashionable and immaculate with a bathtube, new furniture plus large walk in showers as expected.

Make sure to get triple room with supplies as well as large walk in showers. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from Szczepanski Square in Krakow

Units even with the heating on maximum. Marvellous and incredible location to Muzeum Krakowa. Set in a lovely area just next door to the main train station and Krakow.

Had a very nice stay for our first visit, loved location and staff. The room was neat. The bed was very comfy and there were an electronic key card, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities.

Loved the location to Schindler's factory. The staff was pleasant and attentive, I will never forget them.
