Trendy room, a nice size with excellent bathroom facilities, large double beds, for instance, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast, good food. Relaxing area, absolutely perfect location, short walk to train/bus stations, the old market square, and Kraków for short time.

Truly enjoyed the twin room I was given, it had a fully opening window and a flat screen TV. It was new-fashioned, luxurious bathroom.

The staff was very attentive and flexible all the time. We got reasonably large room with a fairly clean bathroom.

This modern and great relaxing hotel was in very central location right in the Old Town with parking. We had a stylish queen room with space for clothes, coffee, for instance.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really good stay on a business trip. The location was unbeatable in a relaxing area, just off the Planty, the park around outside of the old town, and near the town square which is lovely, old town square and lots of restaurants and bars and all main attractions in the centre of Krakow. The hotel was set on a quiet side street, what meant no noise.

Hotel turned out to be exceptionally clean and the breakfast option was hot. There was variety of restaurants and great restaurants to choose from.

Enjoyed the place, it was lovely welcoming and absolutely spotless and worked for me. The service was exceptional, I had 3 good nights here. The swimming pool was nice too.

My room was trendy and updated with good shower stall. The hotel was in a very central setting opposite night club which meant noise in early hours.

Incredible, stunning location close enough to the main square so perfectly located near the resturants, museums and local bars, the quirky restaurant with exposed stone walls, and coach park where the pick up point is for the various excursions on offer. This unique, fairly clean property has gorgeous continental breakfasts and flexible staff. It is in incredible location to The Cloth Hall, set very close to the hotel. And it's next to the castle and coach park where the pick up point is for the various excursions on offer, Krakau geschlafen and the old market square.

Everything about this hotel was first-class. Everyone was incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was hot and generous with great atmosphere in the basement, and the pool was lovely.

The total stay was absolutely amazing on a business trip. The location was magnificent and stunning, for example, Main Square was at a short distance from the hotel. Moreover, it's next to Krakow, and Krakau.

Rooms were very small.

The location was incredible and stunning, near to train/coach station, all amazing sights and all Kraków's main tourist attractions. In the evening we visited Huki Muki it was nearby.

The hotel had a fantastic location minutes from Pharmacy Museum. Besides, we were walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants.

Lots of food for breakfast, which was brilliant to satisfy everyone. The deluxe queen room that we stayed in was trendy and stylish. It was adjacent to Krakow, the main square in old town and the old town center, ideal location overall. Spent our evenings in nearby Huki Muki, especially when it was very hot outside.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the main square, the center, and the best attractions of the old town. A cool bonus was Cafe Camelot, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. I had a twin room included with normal double beds, coffee, for example.

Bad staff!

The hotel was quiet and I loved the streets of Krakow. The rooms were immaculate and brilliant and complete with all amenities, coffee, as example. The breakfast was served in the dining room. The location was incredible and brilliant for walking around Main Square. Could use ironing free of charge, that's nice. I spent here 3 amazing days and will be back.
