The breakfast was excellent with variety of delicious options. It was in a very central setting close to the tram stops.

Its location is great and beautiful, so close to excellent restaurant as well as Krakow in Poland, charming area

The rooms are brand-new with a bathtub, a balcony plus modern bathroom and the staff are knowledgeable. The breakfast is enjoyable with delicious polish sausage, lots to choose from.

The location in the Jewish district was magnificent. Also, I was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic fortress.

Place was spotless, everything was fine. The staffs were competent & friendly efficient. Liked the guest room with a balcony, and comfortable location to the Old Quarter. An electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner were available here.

A good choice of options for breakfast including coffee and fruit. Comfy bed in the well-equipped room. Perfect and nice location close to many sightseeing, classical style building.

Not very friendly staff!

I was offered a wonderful breakfast with fried eggs and hot items, for example. The room was silent and great-sized, had smoke detectors for the safety. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, in a great area, in the unique area.

The location was particularly good, right by bars, restaurants, historic places, Auschwitz and Berkenau and a characterful and quietly buzzing Square in the Jewish quarter, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the view was lovely. The staff was very amiable and gentle.

Well-equipped room, everything was very good. Spacious bedroom. Perfect and exceptionally nice location of the hotel, near to Kazimierz, the main town square and Ester. Very good service, savoury food, overall a quiet atmosphere. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

I would recommend it to anyone, it was a nicely presented and well-maintained hotel. All is fine, I had a nice trip.

Rooms were brand-new and a nice size, everything was perfectly fine. I was offered a room with lovely views of garden. The staff was very professional and attentive, I'm grateful for their help. The location was ideal and unbeatable, just next door to the main pretty square of Kazimierz and Kazimierz, the Jewish quarter. Plus, the hotel was situated just a short stroll away from Muzeum Krakowa.

The location was very central, fab in a nice area. There was a good choice of well presented meals.

This is a lovely little place for walking around. The rooms are reasonably large and pleasantly decorated, with a balcony, shower, for instance provided.

Silent, neat room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The views over garden. Perfect, excellent location really close to great restaurants, and the square and around the corner. Besides, easy to get to a contemporary museum.

Thoroughly enjoyed our large rooms with a bathtub and the staff were KNOWLEDGEABLE. The location was very central, close to which is so picturesque, the tram stops, and restaurant and meal. Also, an old Jewish house was close enough.

The personnel was competent and friendly efficient. The location was convenient and ideal, just a pleasant stroll away from a fortified hilltop castle. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping malls.

Huge rooms with a tub and incredible staff, everything was brand-new. We liked the food, it was well presented. The location was marvellous and beautiful, not far from a synagogue and a castle.

The accommodation had a central location on the area or trips etc. And it was also adjacent to the restaurant which serves jewish and polish cuisine, a pleasant square in the old Jewish quarter of Krakow and the centre.

This good little and nicely decorated hotel was in very central location in the center of the former Jewish Quarter. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The whole experience was good from start to finish, strongly recommend. The breakfast was excellent and the place was clean. The food was delicious and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Its location was incredible, short walk to Plac Nowy, and the Jewish Square and the Jewish synagogue and museum. It also was in Jewish district of Krakow.

The room with fabulous showers. The facilities were modern. The location was fab, relatively close to Kazimierz.

It was a nice place to stay in Krakow. Attentive staff made my stay a just perfect experience. The location was magnificent, for example, Kazimierz was within walking distance of the hotel.

Highly recommended for walking around. Spent 2 nights here with my dog, had a really good stay overall. The staff were attentive lot of the time.

Appreciated every detail about our excellent 3 nights stay here. We booked deluxe king room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was brilliant, in the Jewish Quarter, it's a plus.

Unique location short walk to Christmas market as well as a pleasant square. Again, walking distance to Corpus Christi Church. Huge room, perfect place for walking around. Appetising food options.

We loved it, it was GOAT! Location and staff were fab.

Great value, we recommend the hotel to friends. Restauracja "trezo", where you can eat, is an easy walk to the venue. Simply a 15-minute walk to st mary's basilica, which was good. The staff was excellent❤
