Appreciated its well-appointed rooms.

The service was exceptional. What's more, there's parking onsite. Unbeatable location and overall the staff was competent and especially helpful. Distance to the airport was just 30 km.

The staff was absolutely fabulous, the breakfast was gorgeous, everything was spotless. Its rooms were immaculate and wonderful. The location was super and on a quiet side street. Plus it was in a lovely area. Really enjoyed my stay, had a fabulous experience.

It offers satisfactory breakfasts for all nationalities. I thoroughly enjoyed outstanding and amazing personnel that ensures guests have a fab stay.

The room was huge, carpeted with sofa, a proper double bed, for example, I was pleased. The location was incredible as a church and a castle were walking distance to the hotel.

The queen room we booked was air-conditioned. The hotel provided us with a boxed breakfast, the food was appetising.

Fab very central location so close to the hotel's restaurant on the last night, the old town square and castle and the Wawel castle, the central square, and the Jewish quarter. The best thing was how very good the staff were. The breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced.

Overall had such great stay in the lovely old town. I had reasonably priced room with very efficient wifi. The really kind staff made a good impression. I really enjoyed the breakfast choices, they were lovely and superb. The location was marvellous in a great area, right by the castle or the main square and the restaurant at night. I ate at the traditional restaurant near the hotel. I did not want to leave, so do recommend this venue.

This place is in a marvellous and fantastic location so near to everything. Moreover, it is close enough to the main square and river, nice restaurants, and Catholic churches. The room is perfectly clean and very specious with a good hair dryer, also they can offer wake-up service.

We ate in the nice restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced. It overlooked street and had an extremely comfy bed. The staff was pleasant and polite.

We were in a perfect and quiet location a 10-15 minute walk from The Cloth Hall. The hotel itself was in a secure area, very close to the main square in the Old Town, the train station and all the bars and restaurants. The provided service was excellent.

I went on a weekend and everything here was great. I found the hotel's location brilliant, adjacent to the main square and castle grounds and decent restaurants. It also was to pay chase for everything. The service was polite, nothing to complain about.

Sensational and solid breakfasts for all nationalities. Marvellous location, within walking distance of a 17th-century renaissance palace museum. And really close to the main square, Krakow and the castle.

All very good, everything you need for the christmas. Rooms are fabulous and immaculate with a free coffee machine and complimentary tea plus new bathrooms, food is fab. The location is decent, 1 km from a Roman Catholic basilica. And it's not too far away from downtown.

The location was best possible and awesome, a 10-15 minute walk from St Florian's Church. Enjoyed this small hotel, and we would definitely go back.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them. The atmosphere created was elegant! The location was stunning and awesome, relatively near a Brick Gothic church.

we ate at a good restaurant with authentic polish and french food. everywhere there was clean, the staff were attentive people at all times.

We went to Balaton Restaurant, located close to the hotel, to have some dinner. Everything was simply excellent.
