Marvellous and amazing location short walk to the centar of the city, Close to Krakow city center and the castle and market square which lies about 7-8 easy walk away in a nice enough area. A short walk to Robert Dundas.

Grand old and comfy hotel, I appreciated its very central location really close to the Main Square, restaurants, bars and many tourist attractions, the tourist attractions and the centar of the city in a very nice environment. I were offered a very good service. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Pleasant and tidy place, very nice helpful and hospitable staff on the reception desk. A generous-sized and reasonably priced room with views of the castle. Fab, marvellous location in front of the castle. And close enough to the beautiful Krakow centre and the castles and cathedral.

Its practical, central location was a plus. Also, the place was around 10-15 minutes walk from Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. The breakfast had a lot of local options, and was generous.

Everything was perfect, including amazingly kind staff. The rooms were big with great view of the park and cocktails plus the tall windows as described. The location was marvellous and lovely for exploring Krakow. The hotel was placed within 25 km of the airport.

The location was best possible and practical for me. You could walk to the main shopping centre and a shopping mall. Really enjoyed the a nice size room, and the incredibly beautiful view of the park next to the hotel and to the Wawel Castle. The bed was very spacious, the staff were professional people with the service from the venue.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with very comfortable beds, the modern bathroom, as for instance. All the staff members are KNOWLEDGEABLE and decent.

We were in a marvellous and lovely location just a short walk away from Main Market Square. What's more, it was close enough to walking relaxing tree lined park directly outside, and the castle and Jewish quarter.

The accommodation had a very central location so close to tram station. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. Stayed in triple room which was perfect for me. Amazing breakfast, it was included.

We got an airy deluxe queen room. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were fairly friendly people on the reception desk. The location was great, in easy walking distance of Krakow Glowny train station with easy access to the Christmas market and an old market.

I really enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were accommodating. The deluxe king room was soundproof and silent. The bathroom was spotless, with a bathtub. Had a really nice stay during Xmas holidays, and would stay here again.

I booked a huge and relaxing room overlooking city. Its location relatively near Locked Up was handy.

The breakfast is super. Close to the airport, 20 min drive. This is a hotel go-to for Krakow.
