We stayed in the classic double room equipped with beauriful balconies and a nice traditional.

Super base for 3 nights with mostly very friendly staff in the traditional manner.

The hotel is luxurious with brilliantly friendly staff who dealt with check-in and check-out.

We recommend it to family and friends, truly enjoyed this hotel. In overall, the place is special, has really good staff at reception desk. The double room overlooks street and includes coffee & tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware. The location is marvellous, 3 km from Victoria and Albert Museum. It's set in a crowded area.

We found everything perfect, recommend it to family and friends. Had quite comfortable stay in this stylish hotel, the staff were pleasant, location was pleasant right beside the historic market place.

Whole place was fairly clean with exceptionally good views; great and brilliant location tO THE MARKET SQUARE AND OTHER INTERESTING SIGHTS. I got the guest room, it was fabulous and huge. There was a roll-in shower, a plus for me. The staff was willing to help, everyone was affable and pleasant. The service provided there was good.

A bit small bathroom, a little dated room.

The hotel had a central location and it was right at The Cloth Hall. The idea to include an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware in the classic double room was nice. The food was lovely and the staff was willing to help.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak plus the bed of mine was not very comfortable.

Was a characterful base for trip. The total stay was INCREDIBLE for two nights. We had a tasty breakfast, liked the meal with every taste, the standard Euro fare, local foods. Double room was extremely spacious and elegant with bath.

Everything was perfect, had a really lovely stay for two nights. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and huge with bath, a smallish bathroom with a " mini " bathtub, for instance as expected. The location was marvellous and beautiful, very close to the main square which was very handy! In the restaurant they served Polish cuisine dishes.

It has the best possible and brilliant location very close to the centre of Krakow near the main square, and Krakow. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 5 minutes.
