This small hotel is gorgeous with amazing and fabulous staff. The units are amazing, lovely.

The location was perfect and excellent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was great, near main square, the mall and train station and a restaurant, and had particularly nice views. The bedroom was neat and airy. The personnel was pretty friendly and superfriendly.

The location was wonderful and lovely, near to main square, shops, restaurants as well as 2 excellent restaurants-"Bistro Bene by Tomasz Leśniak " and "Nota Resto by Tomasz Leśniak ". Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away. Overall it was recently refurbished and well-equipped, with a private bathroom. Everything seemed perfect, impeccably clean.

Central location right in the old town center. Convenient room plus an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an individual safe. Outstanding, fabulous staff towards all guests.

It offered us magnificent location close enough to roughly less than 10mins from the main town and a coffee shop. Had nice dainties at Siesta Cafe, located right next to the hotel. The food was delicious - plenty of options.

Pity, but the beds were a little hard.

It was in a central location, near to everything. Moreover, it was short walk to the railway station where trains to the airport arrive and leave too, 2 excellent restaurants-`` Bistro Bene by Tomasz Leśniak '' and Wieliczka.

It's amazing and convenient with deluxe bathrooms. The venue is in the heart of the town.

The staff were excellent, and the room was large and stylish with three bathrooms and a kitchenette plus a bathtub. Truly enjoyed the comfortable decor. The location was particularly good, in the cafe across the road, in the quiet area.

Appreciated the room with a very comfortable bed, my bed was lovely. It was reasonably large and I had a safe, central heating, and an iron.

The units are new-fashioned, tidy with the most beautiful bedding, a bathtub, as example.

All the staff was exceptionally friendly, settled my issues. The venue was set in the central position short walk to main square, shops, restaurants, the mall and the airport. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The total experience was really amazing, I would recomand. The place was good modern and restaurant was lovely! I loved the breakfast with a lot of good food. The unbeatable and magnificent location was so close to Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center. You could walk to shopping centres and a market.

I enjoyed this stylish and perfect hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were amazing, ready to any request. The room was neat, had soft and included an electric kettle, a fridge and a cooktop. Kitchenette was a nice surprise. Location: the property was near to the big mall, a bistro, the old town of Krakow. I tried some drinks at bar The Dog in the Fog, located 5 minutes walk away. You could leave a car nearby...

The boutique queen room I got was complete with a kitchenette, a balcony and a very comfortable bed. The staff were fabulous and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

We had a twin/double room with comfy bed and a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels

The place was fairly clean and staff was pleasant and exceptional. An electric kettle and a fridge were a nice touch. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Saint Barbara's Church. There were restaurants and cafés next to the place.

Its location not too far from Main Square was perfect. Moreover, it's close to Krakow and fantastic restaurants. The room was immaculate: comfortable bed, luxury bathroom. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

We booked double room and it was fashionable. In general the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. It had central location close to Main Square.
