The hotel's position was top and convenient, close to the footpath, Wavel castle & lovely river walk and several bakeries and nice cafes. Had new-fashioned modern apartment with a brilliant view and beautiful decor.

The location was very busy, it's a pitty.

Loved the place, had a really amazing stay for a long weekend rather than an extended stay. Deluxe room with big screen TV, the washing machine, for instance was ready when we arrived.

Impeccably clean unit with very comfortable bed. Delightful design. Ideal and top location - in front of the train station. Only 20 minutes walk from Krakow centre.

The hotel with extremely spacious rooms, in an outside terraced area, to the markets shops restaurants.

Everything was clean and really good. Amazing food and quiet atmosphere. Perfect location close to the old town and easy access to the main shopping centre and a main market. Besides, easy to get to St Chad's.

The room was neat, had gates as well as central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. The most important was the staff - extremely friendly and respectful people.

Gorgeous rooms with a nice sofa. Location close to the river which was a fun place, the city center or the museum district, the Main Market Square and supermarket. Also, close enough to the town centre.

I went on a trip and everything here was amazing. The hotel staff was best and extremely friendly. Neat room with very comfortable bed was enjoyable. I enjoyed that they had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. The location was amazing and the private parking was onsite.

The deluxe room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with a nice sofa.

The stay here was great on holidays. The staff were polite and welcoming and know their duties. I truly enjoyed luxury penthouse with jacuzzi. The location was central, magnificent very near to Wavel castle & lovely river walk.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were inflexible.

Had essentials needed in the luxury penthouse, including a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, and refrigerators. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Good and fab location for my trip, it was next door to a museum and a castle. There were restaurants and cafes next door to the place.

The location turned out to be great and perfect, really close to Krakow's main and the river.

Actually, the room was modern with a nice sofa, it also had wake-up service. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel TV were a very nice touch.

It is a quiet and absolutely fabulous place. The location is good and fab, relatively near a fortified hilltop castle. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is amazing. I would come here again and recommend it😀

The staff were respectful and best from the moment we arrived. Our hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to the town centre. Plus, it was adjacent to main tourist attractions in krakow.

We would like to come again if staying in Krakow. The property is quiet and the staff is consistently courteous. The room is neat and immaculate, that is important to us. There are lots of supplies like: an electric kettle, a microwave oven and air conditioner. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, 15 minutes' walk to Main Square. And it's nestled in a lovely building so close to the center of old town, several bakeries and nice cafes and Krakow's main.

The room was spacious and with large beds. Enjoyed river view. They had an early check-in. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Planty Park.

All the employees were pleasant and attentive. The vibe here was quiet!

Had a wonderful stay for a long weekend rather than an extended stay, everything was very good. The unit we got was brilliant with Kingsize bed in a bedroom, good views, as for instance. The location was best possible, just a short stroll away from Shakers Live Music Venue. They recommended a really nice restaurant for dinner.

The staff we met were non flexible.

The location was brilliant and cute, around 10-15 minutes walk from Main Market Square. Overall it was neat with jacuzzi. The staff was all accommodating and respectful.

We lived in the superior apartment with good views, jacuzzi plus a fold down sofa bed. The location was best possible and top, not too far away from Saint Barbara's Church. It was across the quiet area.

The whole place was clean and the staff were pleasant and courteous. The hotel had a central position near to airport as well as old town. Old Town district was worth exploring.

I loved staff and location - they were PERFECT. The bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it.

the luxury penthouse i got was complete with a big specious safe, amazing views plus kingsize bed. beautiful decor of the room, it had gates. the stuff where attentive and best and the restaurant was very nice. the location was best possible - just 5 minutes' walk from main square. besides, i was next door to a river and a lake.

The room was immaculate and elegant with all the amenities. Don't forget to explore Old Town district.
