The location was central, very close to the old town, and train/bus station and the old town.

My family members and I thoroughly enjoyed being there, it's quiet little and nice hotel. The staff was perfect and informative all the time.

Good and amazing location, the train station is walk from the hotel.

Our double room was complete with electric kettle, a shared bathroom, as for instance. It was nice to have an electric kettle and a refrigerator available.

Quiet little hotel, I loved its central location so close to historic area and big Shopping mall and train station. The staff were really kind and nice yet not intrusive.

I spend 1 night in Krakow lovely. The staff were amicable and superfriendly in case of questions. The location was amazing and incredible, just 10 min walk from Galeria Krakowska. Plus it was in a peaceful area. It was located nearby the train station, easy for getting around Krakow.

All of the staff were perfect, informative. It was stunning, comfortable and with private bathroom.

The hotel's location was great and absolutely perfect, next to Old City and train station, a pub and a convenience store and Barbakan/ city center. Old Town district was worth staying in.

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I came here with my family. The staff were good all of the time. Enjoyed staying at the apartment with large sofa, bathroom plus the bedroom. Had a such great stay here.

The accommodation had a central location in the heart of the city. What's more, it was adjacent to the railway station and the historic center, and the Old Town square and the Jewish District.

Little accommodation with affable staff at the reception desk. Central location, not very far from a medieval Gothic gate tower. Set in a peaceful area near the train station and the Main Square and a very picturesque.

Neat, huge unit with TV, the bedroom, all necessary things. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

everything was perfect, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. our stay was really lovely, and the entire staff were pleasant and patient.

The location was unbeatable and brilliant, not very far from Main Square. The room was stunning and impressive, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. It was VERY PLEASANT 1 day, would stay here again.

The staff was patient, polite all the time. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Spent here 1 very comfortable days and would stay here again. Everything was excellent, the staff were knowledgeable and the location was stunning. The room was neat, with clean facilities.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, Main Market Square was relatively close to the hotel. Got the same studio suite booked online, liked that. The food was cheap with lots of alternatives.

The double room was big with very comfy beds.

You guys made our stay great! Stayed here with our big family and everything was great.
