It had a marvellous location right by quite a distance from the tram station.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a microwave, central heating, and an iron. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and stunning location near to Krakow's Old Town and shopping centre. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was placed nearby.

The hotel is absolutely great has a really nice style and everything is fantastic. The staff is helpful, flexible. Make sure you stay in the king room with soap or soap, the bathroom, for instance. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

Check in was hassle-free, hotel was beautiful, locations was COMFORTABLE in nice surroundings. I booked a room with a great bed, a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel television. Plenty of fab food, I truly enjoyed it.

Loved the place, had a really nice stay for the 3 nights I was there. My premium quadruple room was equipped with central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making facilities. Enjoyed watching courtyard from the window.

Marvellous and fab location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. The bus stop was 20 minutes' walk away. We got an upgrade to a spotless room with flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a study table. Admired inner courtyard view from the window.

Perfect and magnificent location, it was close enough to the old town square where St Mary's Basilica is as well as essential-airport shuttle, train/bus station, shopping centre. Old Town district was worth staying in.

All the staff members are excellent and flexible. It has magnificent location to see Main Square. It's also close to the main bus station and central train station, restaurants, bars, sights and cultural experiences and the central square of krakow.

We would recommend it. The place was unique and nice, we greatly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and incredible, close to Main Market Square.

Good and fantastic location for visiting restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel. There were central heating, an iron, tea and coffee making facilities in my premium quadruple room. The biggest reason why I enjoyed this stay was outstandingly accommodating, perfectly fine staff.

I was travelling to Krakow for shopping. Everything was excellent, but a few employees were not very welcoming. The location was strategic, within walking distance of Kazimierz. The airport was 20 km away. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved it.

We had a perfect stay in Krakow. The room was cheap and overlooked courtyard. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators were really useful. Central location was a plus. The hotel was close to restaurants and bars.

The location was brilliant and awesome, just a pleasant stroll away from a fortified hilltop castle. The staff were accommodating and the design was nice.

Thank you for a nice stay. Everything is excellent here. I must comment on its central location - it was magnificent.

The rooms were huge and cheap and the staff were affable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. The location was brilliant, a minute walk from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.
