The location in the heart of Krakow was magnificent. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. Very helpful staff with every request handled to my satisfaction, and provided a quiet atmosphere. I only slept at the deluxe apartment in really nice modern style, but really enjoyed it.

The hotel is perfect with very helpful personnel with every request handled to my satisfaction. The breakfast is savoury and super, and the location is particularly good so close to the Stare Miasto.

My brilliant room was fantastic. The staffs were nice & courteous. Marvellous location, it was short walk to the historic Old Town, and restaurants, bars and landmarks. It also was to the main square on foot.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, in the former jewish neighbourhood. The staff was excellent when needed. My tidy room was new-fashioned and beds were nice.

The rooms were huge and spotless, with balcony. There were a microwave oven, air conditioning and an individual safe. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, at a walking distance from a fortified hilltop castle. Exceptional service was provided here.

The hotel is LOVELY - good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Had standard apartment with wake-up service available in it. The venue is in the old district. Recommend this accommodation to friends.
