The room was well furnished with good amenities. The location of the hotel was perfect and quiet - not too far from a Roman Catholic basilica. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel's location was central, to market square. The provided service was excellent.

The location was perfect and wonderful, next to Cracow's old town, in the really safe area. Because of a problem with deluxe apartment we were upgraded and had a stylish room with a bathtub.

Huge and spotless rooms complete with contemporary bathroom, a bathtub and great design. Its location is particularly good and fab to the main market square.

My husband and I liked being there. WiFi and tea/coffee inside the apartment were handy. Separate bathrooms, that included a roll-in shower. Its location at a moderate distance from Main Square was particularly good and magnificent.

This hotel is truly exceptional and wonderful with genuinely helpful employees at the reception desk. Of course, we would recomand it to family and friends.

Spent 1 night here with my family, had a really enjoyable stay overall. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful and I would love to come back here some time.

I had a deluxe apartment and it was immaculate with great design and a bathtub plus contemporary bathroom. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge.

We had 3 good days here, would recommend the place. Everything about this brand-new hotel was perfect. We enjoyed the view on courtyard. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of The Cloth Hall. Moreover, it was short walk to the center and the old town and shopping mall. You could leave a car next to the building.

Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 stay for a family visit. Fashionable and huge rooms with a bathtub, informative staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and best possible location near the Old Town, and 10 minute walk from Main Square. Honestly nothing too much trouble😃👌

the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had coffee & tea makers, a refrigerator and kitchenware. the location was best possible and fab, for example, montelupi palace was within easy walking distance of the hotel.
