Amiable and attentive employees at the reception desk. Very impressed with studio suite. Comfortable bed, an electric kettle, a sofa bed, and central heating, really big room. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from The Cloth Hall. Small restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Would love to come back, thanks a lot. The staff is accommodating, superbly friendly. The location is particularly good, 1 km from a Brick Gothic church. The hotel is close to the safe area and it's walk from a coffee shop and restaurants.

The property was clean and staff was very very helpful. Even though some of the staff were very rude, I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Main Market Square. There were shopping centres and the Christmas market around the hotel. Enjoyed my stay in Krakow, and would recommend it.

The location was amazing, for example, Main Square was not too far from the hotel. The venue was placed within 20 km of the airport.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. It was clean with pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, a historic museum was at a short distance from the hotel. You could walk to a main market and a market. Stunning restaurant provided Polish dishes.

The room was cosy and we loved the bathroom, it was huge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a microwave, an electric kettle and kitchenware.

We really enjoyed people and location, this hotel had everything we need. Kitchen was included. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Morskie Oko that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
