The place was clean and we loved family room. Had central location close to all the major attractions. And it was also just off Stare Miasto, Kazimierz, Old Town and even Central Station and the city center.

Beautifully maintained and good modern units with coffee and a kettle, and the staff were exceptionally nice! There were coffee/tea makers and fridges. Had absolutely perfect location close to all the major attractions.

Gorgeous place overall, it is fairly clean, location is excellent close to the centre. The family room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. The bathroom is reasonably large, the beds are comfy, the staff are supper friendly.

Everything about this hip new hotel was brand-new. Its location in Krakow was great, really close to the old town and old Jewish quarter, and the main square of the city.

Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to the market square and Kazimierz, the historic center and the Old Town and the former Jewish District. Grill bar Gogo Burger was located 5 minutes walk away. The unit we got was extremely spacious and soundproof with bath tub as well as hairdryer.

The location was STUNNING, just a short stroll away from Krypta u Pijarow Gallery. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Krakow.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Good base for exploring Krakow. We greatly enjoyed staff and location, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. Proximity to the airport, just 30 km. We had a queen room and it included a heating system, a safe and a lounge area: D
