The hotel's position was absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shop for provisions, and an old city center.

Liked every detail about my perfectly pleasant 4 nights stay here. The location was top as for me, right by the center of Kazimierz and the main square. Old Town district was worth visiting. The staff was amicable - I would definitely go again.

Studio suite is spacious, has an excellent bathroom. The setting is great and incredible, it's just off the central square, the center and very nice area.

Enjoyed every detail about our relaxing 3 nights stay here. The location of the hotel was central, just off the center of the city, Kazimierz, and castle and old town. The bedroom was extremely spacious and excellent. It was nice to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge available.

I was satisfied with the new-fashioned room, there were shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bathrobes just in case. The location was unbeatable in a very very nice area, near centre of Krakow, nice restaurants, and very nice area.

Its location was central, near High Synagogue. Plus it was near eateries and bars.

I didn't find reception, so was a little disappointed.

We had a very enjoyable 4 nights stay. The staff was accommodating and responsive to what we asked for. The location was perfect, not too far from Main Square. Further, it was right by centre of Krakow which take about 15 minutes, bars and restaurants, and the main square, place.

This place was deluxe and the staff was very helpful. I had suite with a private bathroom.

It was best base for travelling to Krakow, I was glad to stay there. Every staff member was kind and amiable. Cosy and neat room, it had iron/ironing board, a work desk, and tea/coffee making equipment. The bed was comfortable; and there was a walk-in shower. Central location was a plus. Spent a nice evening at Restauracja Sasiedzi, located just a walking distance from the venue. No complains at all, I greatly enjoyed this hotel and recommend.

The location was marvellous close to everything by foot. The room was nice modern and cosy and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The staff were very amiable and accommodating and assisted us greatly.

By and large, it was enjoyable base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun. Friendly and helpful staff who were always there to help. Studio suite was lovely modern. The location was marvellous and fantastic, around 10-15 minutes walk from Main Market Square.

The place deserved 4 stars. Had facilities needed in my studio suite, including a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Exceptional views were a bonus!

The bed was not good, that's sad thing.

Liked our stay here and can't recommend highly enough. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a very very nice area, really close to nice cafes and restaurants, and shop for provisions. It was in a top location with a fortified hilltop castle nearby.

My king studio had kitchenette. Booked the hotel for its perfect location not far from shop for provisions, Kazimierz and the old town. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mandragora.

Accommodating and brilliant staff, they smile all the time. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of The New Square.

We stayed 1 night and would come here again when visiting Poland. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. And it's not very far from downtown...

So glad we choose it, it's excellent base for staying in Krakow. Got the same king studio booked online, appreciated that.
