I did not want to leave and would love to come back. I got complimentary apartment in good condition as an upgrade, nice gesture.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. The view in to the garden was lovely.

Fairly friendly people that welcomes you in.

We were met by LOVELY FRIENDLY, helpful personnel.

The room was new-fashioned and airy with ac, ideal for me. I had an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a fridge.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated it. Wasn't expecting to have kitchenette.

The rooms offered are big and bright with kitchen, a comfortable bed plus the garden.

Overall - nice and amazing place with really helpful staff at all times. Central location very close to the city center.

Generally, loved this modern accommodation with fantastic friendly staff at the front reception desk. The location was particularly good, in to the garden, convenient to go everywhere. Old Town district was worth visiting. Spent here 5 brilliant days and would book again.

The staff was pretty friendly and excellent and took care of us. Its location just a short walk away from Main Square was great. The area was calm near to train station, and main square.

Brand-new and well-maintained room & clean bathroom. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.

The stay here was fairly nice for 4 nights. Reasonably spacious units with the garden, a beautiful view and comfortable bed, and the staff were welcoming. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to centre, and the old town.

The place was clean with a pleasant and affable staff at all times. By the way, we paid gbp 14 per day for parking lot. This accommodation was in the central location close to many restaurants and bars.

The hotel was clean, everything was modern. Had the double room which was brand-new with a great design. The location was peaceful, met extremely helpful staff at the front reception desk. There were a market and a bakery around the venue. I spent here 5 brilliant days and will choose it for sure next trip.

The hotel had a central location and it was close to Art Agenda Nova. Enjoyed that it was 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The staff was amiable, kept everything clean and perfect.

Peaceful, incredible location in Krakow, not far from the city centrum, bakeries/ convenience stores, and bakeries.

The personnel were pleasant and welcoming and gave us loads of advice. Loved the price of our double room with ac and its essentials.

Would stay here again, the property exceeded all expectations. Thanks for the really nice stay for 4 nights. The location is brilliant, within walking distance of a high-tech subterranean museum. There is a great restaurant within walking distance of hotel.

It was clean with competent staff at all times. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Main Square. On top of that, restaurants and bars were in front of the property.

The location was unbeatable, relatively close to Main Market Square. Moreover, it was just off Krakow, main square and old town. I loved the room with a comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Couldn't stay longer.

the hotel rooms were spotless and airy with kitchen, a great design, for instance. thanks to a good service i had a great stay.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. Liked an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a dining area in the room. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. What's more, it has parking onsite.
