The restaurant here was affordable for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The airport was 30 km away from here, marvellous location. The hotel was set in a really quiet area.

Wi-Fi was slow; mediocre breakfast.

Pleasant and clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is excellent. Make sure you stay in the single room with the view of the city.

It was a really comfortable stay for 6 nights. The restaurant was EXCELLENT for dinner.

Excellent and perfect location in Old Town district near Wawel Royal Castle, the commercial area of Krakow in the Kazimiers district south of the Old Town and Vistula river.

The location was great and stunning, in a short walking distance to the Wawel castle, it's a plus. Moreover, it was so close to bars and restaurants on, sightseeing and the main tourist attraction. Our room was big, included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card.

Magnificent central location, so close to the main train station, the ghetto and Schindler's factory and all attractions. Newly remodelled room with exceptionally comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows.

Quiet and absolutely brilliant hotel in a lovely quiet area really close to the castle and other sights, and great night life on the doorstep in Kazimierz. Huge and newly renovated rooms with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. Lots of meals for breakfast, including croissants and chocolate. Accommodating staff and excellent and fantastic location, perfect for me. Again, not far from a fortified hilltop castle.

The location was amazing and incredible, not far from old town, Poland and the restaurant.

We spend 2 nights in Krakow lovely. We had croissants and hot chocolate for breakfast. Airy room, that also was reasonably large with private bathroom.

Quiet hotel with an in-house restaurant and extremely polite stuff. Excellant location close to a lovely quiet area, and the centre. Again, walking distance to a fortified hilltop castle.

Recently refurbished & modern unit with utensils, comfortable bed and private bathroom.

The location was magnificent and fantastic, for example, Main Square was at a medium distance from the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and well heated with comfortable bed, felt like home.

Coffee and tea looked great. The big room had all the necessary facilities, central heating, an iron with ironing board, and an electronic key card.

There were very small beds.

Everything there was good and the staff were welcoming and exceptional. A nice in-house restaurant was open on site.

We greatly enjoyed its location, it was particularly good and ideal and short walk to the Kazimierz and Krakow in general and the bus station.

The staff was really kind - I would like to stay here on the next trip. I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to restaurants and public transport, the city centre and public transport. It also was in walking area of the Jewish part of the town.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was excellent. My room included an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and multi-channel TV. Food in the in-house restaurant was amazing.

We stayed in a single room complete with double bed, a terrace, as example. The location was good and ideal in a lovely quiet area, short walk to main square and other attraction, restaurants and public transport and Jewish old quarter.

It was a great and lovely hotel, nothing too much trouble, strongly recommend. Appreciated our spacious rooms, plus the staff was polite! The breakfast offered was delicious and great with old & gray scrambled eggs, cheese and salmon, could n't have asked for more.

The location in a very quiet area was great and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. The staff members were really kind and polite😀❤

It is an atmospheric property located in Old Town district near to all attractions, Kazimierz square and the bus/train station. The units are simply decorated, great-sized. The staff ensures you have a comfortable time, they are welcoming and exceptional. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, in Jewish old quarter.

It had central location close to New Square in Krakow. The restaurant was good with delicious local food, I tried excellent dishes.

The location was magnificent and decent, within walking distance of a Brick Gothic church.

Best staff and brilliant and decent location make it a great choice! The hotel is at 25 km distance from the airport. The room is spotless and airy, comes with a terrace of the property's cafe and a kettle.

Clean facilities and a delicious breakfast with cheese and yoghurt, as example.

the location was marvellous, not too far from a contemporary museum. the staff were pleasant and accommodating yet not intrusive.

Will be back and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Satisfactory breakfast, the staff is pleasant and welcoming.

My stay was nice in terms of their dedication to customer service and going out of their way to make my stay more enjoyable. The venue's position was central. I tried some drinks at grill bar Rzeznia, located 5 minutes walk away.

All the staff were exceptional, amicable. The room was spotless with an electric kettle and kitchenware.

We were in Krakow for 2 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and handy location in the jewish quarter. The single room was spotless and airy with comfortable bed. Really enjoyed this low budget property, recommend...

We ate at a great restaurant with delicious local food. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Krakow's Rynek Glowny Central Square. There were supermarkets and shops around the hotel.
