The place was clean and newly remodelled, had polite and amicable staff from the cleaners right all the way up to the management. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our fairly quiet room especially with a baby crib was arranged. There were central heating, a work desk, and television when we arrived.

It had very uncomfortable beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The room was spacious and cosy especially with a baby crib, I was happy about that. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a friendly mall.

The location of the hotel is good, close enough to more massives shops like lidl, Leroy Merlin as well as the city center, Rynkova square, Krakow Galery.

The place was lovely welcoming and pretty standard for a longer stay. The location was stunning and marvellous, close to a motorway. Sevi Kebab, where you can eat outstanding food, was set 5 minutes walk away.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, in the shopping centre. Moreover, it's right by the grounds of a petrol station next to a fast moving dual carriage way.

The place was fairly clean, big and cosy rooms. The room we had included central heating, a work desk, and television. The bed was comfortable & the staff was excellent and amiable. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice, in what they call the garden.

The property was newly remodelled with polite and amicable staff at reception desk, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel's location was excellent, so close to huge shopping mall, and a shopping centre.

The bathroom was extremely small, I didn't like it.

Had extremely spacious and cosy room complete with coffee, the bathroom, for instance. Location: the hotel was not far from a shopping centre that has a wide range of great shops and even a food court, the center, and the downtown. Pradnik Bialy district was worth staying in.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

We had a double room which was comfy and warm. The location for Krakow was exceptionally nice, short walk to a shopping centre that has a wide range of great shops and even a food court, great shops, and a food court. It also was in walking distance from main square.

It was a lovely place for one night. The airport was 15 km away.

the location was excellent, convenient to go everywhere. we were happy to find nakielny kawa i wypieki 700 m away, where we could eat. perfect for holiday. we loved quality system so we would go back in flash.
