The location was perfect, close to Kazmierz The Former Jewish District. Moreover, it's adjacent to restaurants, great bars and restaurants, and the tram stops.

In general the staff were friendly and very-very nice. We wanted a spotlessly clean room with inner courtyard view and got it.

There was a really nice restaurant and amicable staff: )

Location - AMAZING, near Rynek square, both Kazimierz and very Nice restaurant. Also, close to the center.

I would stay here again when visiting Krakow. The room is fashionable and modern and essentials you need, including a dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities, is right there. The staff are nice and affable. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is good.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Krakow, had much fun.

Planned to see Krakow major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. The rooms were warm and modern, had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. The stay was just perfect!

Had perfect 3 nights here. Booked suite, that included an electronic key card, a work desk and tea/coffee making equipment. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were comfortable.

Our stay here was really great, good choice for exploring Krakow. We had the studio with an extremely comfy bed. Extras like a work desk, a multi-channel television and a dining area were appreciated. Enjoyed our time here.

Our room was spotless with private bathroom, it faced inner courtyard. The location was particularly good, not too far from Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory.

Everything was perfect from staff, who were very nice, to the incredible location. We stayed in a stylish and new-fashioned room, which had a view of city.

All in all, it was good choice for travelling to Krakow. The marvellous and fantastic location was minutes from a contemporary museum. The hotel restaurant was really nice.

There were very comfy beds and a work desk, coffee/tea makers and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels inside the room. The hotel was in a cool location, to the old town centre or the tram stops outside.

It was the best of Krakow hotels I visited before. Everything there was great. There were a couple of pleasant restaurants...

we loved this place. we had a just perfect stay in krakow. the location was marvellous, for example, krakow's rynek glowny central square was relatively close to the hotel.
