The service was welcoming with parking on-site. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including coffee and tea.

I had the apartment and it was warm. I liked the continental breakfast. Its location right at Kazimierz Jewish District was marvellous.

In relation to the excellent price paid, it was exceptionally comfortable place to stay with very good service. The location was magnificent, a minute walk from Tempel Synagogue.

The rooms were reasonably large and with twin beds.

Clean rooms come with coffee, a bathtub, a nice view. It has marvellous and unbeatable location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Corpus Christi Church. The staff is nice, that's an advantage,.

We got neat and cosy king room with twin beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. The location was marvellous - near to the main market square for restaurants and nighttime activity, three wonderful churches: Corpus Christi, St Catherine and St Michael and the xmas market.

A satisfactory continental breakfast was a plus. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, close to center, convenient to go everywhere.

We had neat room with twin beds. The location was particularly good for walking around a fortified hilltop castle.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with twin beds, a balcony and mini fridge and got it upon arrival. Location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurant downstairs, and clubs.

Quite and cosy room with an adapted bathroom. A great selection of coffee and tea at breakfast. Lovely and amazing staff in the whole hotel. Magnificent, fantastic location in the Kazmierz district.

It was based in new building in a great and fantastic location, pretty close to city center. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.

Recently renovated hotel, the stay was very nice, magnificent location to the area where Jewish Ghetto was situated. Location near to three wonderful churches: Corpus Christi, St Catherine and St Michael as well as synagogues in the Kazmierz district and the xmas market in Krakow, Poland. A great selection of food options not very far from the venue...

We loved the elegant room and loyal staff. A heating system, television with satellite channels and a sitting area were great. 20 minutes by car from the airport.

It was a good experience. This hotel is a reasonable base for a short stay. Very clean unit. The property is in the old district: )

There was no tea and coffee.
