Primero Elegant Apartments Krakow Old Town

I loved the room with comfortable bed. The staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating and always had a smile.

We had a really amazing 4-star experience here. We had a separate bedroom. The location was magnificent and perfect with lots of restaurants and bakeries right at the doorstep. And it's not too far away from Seafresh Fish Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

They gave me double room with comfortable bed, sofa plus the bedroom upstairs.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad plus the bed of mine was very uncomfortable.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about my amazing 2 nights stay here. Every staff member was affable and very responsive. Had good sleep at the superior apartment with the bedroom, great facilities, for instance. The hotel met requirements.

The staff were amicable and great and were always there to help.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Good position was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and great, whenever I needed help.

This location was great and excellent, just off centre of krakow as well as the town square. The hotel was set on a quiet side street, what meant no noise. Loved the room with comfortable bed, my bed was very comfy.

Every visit to Krakow we like to stay here. We think it's a superb base for staying in Krakow. This is a marvellous location in Krakow. The staff in general is amicable.

The hotel is in an excellent and good location, minutes from a tram station. There is a plenty of restaurants to eat, like Chata that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we liked where it was located.

Its good choice for visiting some must see attractions in Krakow. The location is great, 15 minutes' walk to The Cloth Hall. When I am in Krakow, I like staying here.

We really enjoyed rooms with comfortable bed. The location was good and magnificent, within walking distance of Galeria Krakowska. And the area was good, adjacent to the train station and the old town, and shops and the main square for food.

The room was well heated with comfortable bed, stayed here for 3 nights. There were a fridge, a cooktop and kitchenware.

The staff members were all amicable and very helpful. The hotel had the best possible location quite close to Agrafka. It also was in a shopping mall.

Liked our 2 nights stay. Every member of the staff was friendly and great. It was in a magnificent location with a historic gateway nearby.

All you need for celebrating birthday in Krakow. The staff are friendly and outstandingly accommodating, we enjoyed them. The location is excellent and perfect - minute walk from a tram stop. There is cafeteria Relaks Cafe, set 200 metres walk away. Will be back and enjoy an amazing stay.

The airport was 20 km away from here, excellent and comfortable location. Btw, went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's fabulous base for sightseeing and exploring Krakow. Chata Restaurant, where you can eat, is minutes from the hotel.

loved our 2 nights here. kitchenette was a big plus. the location was best possible and brilliant, and we could reach zywe muzeum obwarzanka by walking. moreover, it was next to the airport and the train station.

The location was magnificent and the staff was adorable during the whole stay! It was located minute walk from a tram stop in Krakow.

The hotel had the best possible location minutes from St Florian's Church. The idea to include a coffee maker, refrigerators and kitchenware in the superior king suite was nice.
