Appreciated the way our double room was arranged. The bathroom was big with a shower and bath sheets. The location seemed marvellous very close to Old Town.

The location is excellent and close to a railway station. The units are budget, fairly quiet with bathroom.

The hotel met the needs. Silent and budget units exactly like on the picture, we truly enjoyed it. The service was all in all nice. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from Galeria Krakowska. You could walk to a shopping mall and a big shopping mall.

The single room suited us: it had central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The location was simple, relatively near Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

The place was clean and staff was very helpful. Its location relatively near a medieval Gothic gate tower was magnificent and particularly good. I liked a great area. Moreover, the hotel was close to a train station. I had a really amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again, thank you.

The hotel was located near to the railway station, the historical center and the mall and train station/bus station. Its location at a walking distance from The Cloth Hall was exceptionally nice.

Marvellous very central location close enough to the bus station and old town, main points and the center. The stuff members where affable.

Location: the hotel was just off the entrance to the Old Town and main shopping mall. It also was close to city center.

Loved every detail about my fine 3 nights stay here. The location was best possible, at a walking distance from Planty Park. Moreover, it's so close to trams and city center.

Nice stay, as always. Clean hotel in a neat building really close to the train station, the old town, train and bus station, shopping centres and eating out, and the mall. The rooms with bathroom, quite clean, as for instance.
