The location seemed excellent and wonderful in the historic city center. And we were adjacent to the old town square and the centre of the old city.

It was about 30 km from the airport. The room was well-equipped and well heated, ideal location.

It had a perfect and prime central location - close to The Cloth Hall. It was a peaceful area, an incredible base for me.

Magnificent and perfect location, not too far from Saint Barbara's Church. Proximity to the airport, just 20 km. The rooms with nice beds.

The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Lost Souls Alley Amusement Center.

The staff seemed courteous making our stay a very comfortable experience. The location was marvellous and amazing, down to the Jewish quarters. Moreover, it was very close to the centre as well as all locations.

Prime central and ideal location - close to a 14th-century university. Pretty quiet area very close to the square and Michael, the centre of Krakow and a cafe onsite which does a delicio.

Appreciated our rooms with ac. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in centre of Krakow. Moreover, it was next to the town square and the club next door. The food was great, had a good choice of options.

The staff were courteous up until the day we left. The booked room was spacious and modest with nice beds.

Got the same well heated room with nice beds booked online, loved that. The hotel had a very central location in the heart of the old town. We did not want to leave and will be back.

It has excellent and perfect location to see Main Square. 25 minutes drive to the airport, it is located easy to get there from the train station.

Would stay here again if in Krakow. It offers good-sized rooms with a tub, fresh real coffee and AC. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is great.

Everything was perfect, including amicable and superfriendly staff. The room was well heated and spotlessly clean with sloped ceiling, we stayed in all day. The airport was 20 km away.

Excellent location right next to Main Market Square, appreciated it. A lot of food for breakfast, it was fab!

I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The location of this hotel was best possible and strategic.

the staff and the host were all attentive. everywhere there was fairly clean. fruit, cheese, milk and fruit juice were a stand out.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were bad.

Early check-in and spotless room with an electric kettle with china cups, AC, for example.

Beds were old.

The units are immaculate, modest with tea, an electric kettle, as example. Always a lovely experience, I would stay here again...
