No reason to complain and will definitely go again next time. The venue is amazing, food is appetising, magnificent location to the car parking area. The staff are knowledgeable, giving their best to make the stay a nice experience. This hotel offers warm breakfasts.

Amazing and delicious breakfast with a huge variety of options, brilliant and fairly clean place. Great location - few metres away from an innovative gallery. Set near the main garden as well as the two most important districts in the city in the fairly nice area.

Comfortable bed in the double room, plus a fridge, a kettle, and central heating. The view from the window to garden.

The location was particularly good and perfect for traveling around Krakow, very close to the airport, Very close to the old town and old town/market.

All the staff members are exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating. The units are modern, neat with provided water as well as 2 bedrooms.

The breakfast was hot, the staff was especially helpful, the grounds were spotless. I had brand-new, beautifully maintained room with a modern design and basic facilities plus fridge.

Wake-up service, available in my triple room, was a nice bonus. It had great facilities in the bathroom: a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. The location was perfect and magnificent for walking around The Cloth Hall.

Good and fab location close to the main central attractions, good for visiting Krakow.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, yet everything was really good. It was in a very central setting next to the common area.

The rooms are great-sized, designer, and come with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV.

The setting was quite fab within easy reach of Main Square.

We had 3 fine days here, would recommend the place. It was a pretty and lovely hotel, we truly enjoyed it.

Would recommend. Everything is excellent, I really enjoyed it. This property is in a great location, close to taxi or public transportation, the square, and the old city center. The hotel staff is welcoming and exceptionally nice.

The accommodation had a very central location in the city Centre. There were neat and designer rooms with the fridge, bathroom, for example. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Krakow.

The units were soundproof with bathroom. The hotel is in the very central location ant to the tram stations.

The offered breakfast was hot with freshly cooked foods. The location was top, next to the two most important districts in the city and both Market Square and the Kazmierz section of Krakow.

The location was unbeatable and peaceful, for example, a restored synagogue was relatively close to the hotel. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff everything was very good, including lots of delicious food. I was upgraded to an immaculate triple room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff was amicable, the room was soundproof and huge. The location was peaceful and awesome, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a small museum. It was across the nice area:)))

We had a brilliant stay in Krakow. The location was peaceful, not very far from a fortified hilltop castle. Visited few places in the centre, not too far away from the hotel. Food in the traditional restaurant was APPETISING.

The staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly and offered us a designer room on the photos then in real. Essentials that you need, such as a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV, were there. It had perfect and excellent location, very close to about 15 minutes to the old Jewish quarter and Schindler factory, the center, and the train / bus station.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We booked double room as in the bathroom and could use wake-up service, available in it. Amiable and welcoming staff, greeted us with such kindness...

It overlooked garden. The location was peaceful, not too far from Main Market Square. The airport was 25 km away.

The rooms are immaculate and soundproof, and are complete with tea as well as kids running.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location very close to the airport, the center and the tram stations. We had lunch in Gogo Burger, located nearby.

You guys made my stay great. Besides, the area was lovely, next to Planty Park. Spotless units with a modern design, tea, 2 bathrooms, and the staff were pleasant.

the hotel was clean with modern interior and nestled in a very good building. it was a fine stay, people where competent and amiable.

gogo burger, which is placed only 200 feet away, is a nice dining choice. superb base for your vacations in krakow.

Nothing all good.

The location was excellent, with Vistula nearby, where we could eat. Staying within 10 minutes' walk from old town was wonderful. Grzegorzki district won't disappoint you❤
