Ostoya Palace Hotel

Exceptionally clean hotel rooms with double bed. Overall magnificent and absolutely perfect location near all other areas, the main Karkow's attractions and old building/former palace. Also, very close to the Old Town.

Beds were a bit hard.

Big, exceptional room with a clean bathroom. Gorgeous food, nice view, excellent service. Not to mention free wifi! Great and perfect location on public transport routes, good for visiting Krakow. Based adjacent to historical center and main attractions.

The location was excellent and perfect, relatively near Main Square. The staff were fairly friendly and excellent and knew the area. The rooms were brilliant and exceptional, with a jacuzzi.

Thank you guys for a fabulous short stay especially for business trip. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, everyone. The location is perfect and handy, within easy walking distance of a fortified hilltop castle.

Everyone we encountered was excellent and cooperative. The room we had was brilliant and exceptional, came with a good selection of things, a great bathroom, as for instance.

Its location was handy and convenient, close to old town's main square, and in a relatively quiet area. Restaurant Kardamon Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

recommend for everyone. the hotel is quaint and fairly clean, everything is great. the rooms are spacious well equipped and warm enough with pleasant views. have a drink at the cellar bar.

Simply no complains at all, really nice stay. Delicious and fine breakfast, exceptional standard twin room. Excellent and amicable staff always on hand. Location close enough to old building/former palace. Situated only 1 km from a fortified hilltop castle.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. The service was good, including a fast check-in: )

Wonderful base for a vacation in Krakow! Location: 25 minutes' walk to the train station.

Go Healthy, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. 4-star property in Krakow
