The staff was all affable. We appreciated the convenience of the apartment, as well as an electric kettle, a microwave and a sofa bed etc. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast.

Location: the hotel was right by a park, a tram passing by from early morning until late in the evening and Wawel. I booked a queen studio, it was cosy and had a sofa bed, central heating and a coffee/tea maker. I didn't want to say goodbye and can't wait to come back.

everything was wonderful, i loved my stay. my room was well-equipped, with an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating. kitchenette was useful. the hotel had indeed a particularly good location near the old town.
