Stayed in beautifully decorated apartment with amazing view. Its location close to everything was absolute top and best possible.

I booked a reasonably large room complete with amazing view, a view of St Mary's Basilica, for instance. The location seemed perfect right in the centre of town. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Darbar Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

Located in a very central position, the whole hotel had a quiet atmosphere. The room was spotless and large, included a living room, a sofa set, and good heating. Got very clean bed and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment with amazing view, facilities worked for us.

The excellent and best staff gave us a nice welcome. The location was magnificent for traveling around Krakow, close enough to all main tourist spots, Market Square and city life. Old Town district was worth visiting.

It was well-equipped, tastefully decorated and with amazing views. Refrigerators, a washing machine, and glassware were nice.

Location just off the central square of krakow, the centre of the beautiful old town and restaurants/bars. Nearby Bierhalle Restaurant - great place to chill out.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, you can visit a Roman Catholic basilica by walking. Moreover, the area was crowded.

A studio apartment has basic facilities you need. The location is unbeatable and magnificent, not too far from Albert Square.

We lived in the apartment with a kitchen and amazing view plus great furnishings. The location was absolute top and convenient for walking around Main Square.

Overall it was reasonably large with amazing views.

Wanted to explore Krakow and this hotel was wonderful base for doing it. The staff was especially helpful and best providing assistance. Absolutely perfect central location not far from town square, all main tourist spots, and the centre of the beautiful old town. Truly enjoyed the Irish bar.

The location is unbeatable and perfectly comfortable, 2 km from a fortified hilltop castle. The area is busy near to the centre of Krakow Old Town, still within walking distance of the river and the Jewish Quarter, and the main square.

The bathrooms are quite small.

We got the studio apartment and it was large. The location was perfectly comfortable, short walk to main attractions.

The staff was very amiable and best, always with a smile on face.

The bed was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

Spotless, elegant room with amazing views. A microwave, climate control, and an iron and ironing board available. Absolute top and best possible location, at a medium distance from The Cloth Hall.

The setting was quite unbeatable and absolute top within easy reach of Main Square.

Quiet place with amiable staff and good wi-fi. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a fortified hilltop castle. Really close to big square as well as the amazing city center. Great overall experience.

Iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our studio apartment were useful during stay. It had garden views.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! Spotless rooms complete with amazing views and great furnishings, excellent and best staff.

Overall my stay was quite comfortable and will be back. Really enjoyed my 2 nights stay. The staff was amiable and accommodating, everything was perfect. The food was excellent and the location was unbeatable and excellent.

The apartment was elegant with a large bathroom and the location was best possible and fab. Besides, the area was crowded, next to a Roman Catholic basilica.

Didn't find lift which we wanted.

You could leave a car nearby. The location was marvellous - ease of access to The Cloth Hall. Besides, we were close to Market Square, and Old Town.
