The staff were efficient and provided us with warm breakfast for main dish. The location was magnificent and unbeatable: a market and shopping malls were within walking distance.

The room with really cosy beds. All of the staff was welcoming and polite.

The hotel was fairly clean with pleasant and welcoming staff who provided us with amazing breakfasts.

Thomas Cubitt Statue was a minute walk from the hotel, greatly enjoyed its location very close to public transport too.

The staff was polite and pleasant and around most of the time. This was a lovely welcoming and quirky hotel with a very central location close to train station. Great to be 200 metres away from Moaburger, enjoyed our meal there.

We had a such great experience in this lovely welcoming and quaint hotel. The property was in the heart of the city. The food for breakfast was fresh and cheap.

The hotel was clean and the location was unbeatable very close to all the famous attractions to visit. The staff were all efficient, and the room was great little and brand-new on higher floors. The breakfast had a good choice of good food and drinks.

We had the most really comfortable few days there. There was a great selection of freshly made meals. The room was new-fashioned & silent with really cosy beds, tea/coffee and AC. The location was great and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from Planty Park.

Lift was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Everything is perfectly fine, good value, homey hotel overall. The units were spotless with queen size bed. The location is great, a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The superb restaurant for breakfast is a nice plus.

The rooms were compact and brand-new, had hypoallergenic pillows. Booked it for gbp 282.

Double room had upgrades, it was huge and silent. Overlooked street. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Main Square.

Reasonably spacious and clean venue with an excellent value and very amiable staff. Savoury food in the restaurant, good hot breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, main courses and very much food. Very good building, perfect location right by many nice restaurants and bars, train station and tram lines and the Main Market Square and many other places. Also, in the centre.

Thank you for a nice stay. The hotel provides a good service. There's free parking available and good internet too. The location is brilliant, 10 minutes' walk to Zoo. And it's not far from the town square, Old Town, and the city center.

I came here for 3 nights and had a fine stay. I loved staying in this quiet place. The triple room I got was included with the window over the fan coming from the hotel's kitchen, a nice historical touch, really cosy beds. Very good service was provided here. The stuff where welcoming, the location was magnificent. The property had an excellent restaurant for breakfast.

Totally very comfortable stay in my next visit for sure. Fairly clean, budget hotel with marvellous location close to everything I wanted to see. Location near a conference centre as well as Krakow. Nearby House of Beer - great place to chill out.

The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes. I had climate control, an iron and a work desk in it.

There was lots of food for breakfast, it was savoury. It had very central location close to Planty Park. The airport was 30 km away.

Fairly clean accommodation, thoughtful and useful staff at all times. Units with couch. Central location, good choice for discovering Krakow.
